Jeff guides us in a practice inspired by a line of Angelo DiLullo's (see below). Instead of chasing the carrot of endless dissatisfaction out of the present and into some imagined future, we do something radical: we stay. Stay right here, with things as they are. Stay in presence.

"When you're chasing that carrot on the stick, it's pretty convincing that you're doing it because you feel unsatisfied. But the truth is, you feel unsatisfied because you're chasing the carrot. What is the Do Nothing Project all about?
This is an experiment in doing … not much. Together.
Every Sunday at 8pm EST, Jeff appears on TH-cam, badly lit, sometimes disheveled. Or there's a guest host.
He then guides a 25-minute meditation that you can feel free to ignore. The time can be used to meditate, or doodle, or to stare vacantly into space repeating ‘the humanity, the humanity.’
The whole thing has a fine community feel, with people from around the world accomplishing nothing together. If you miss a broadcast (like maybe you have a “job”), all shows are archived for future viewing pleasure.

My favorite meditation session ever was the one Camila and Shawn did together with you during quarantine. The cutest couple, they seemed so in love and perfect together. Makes me sad they broke up and I don't even know them. But it's good that they both are continuing on their meditation journey. Perhaps you can do another session with Camila too please?

Jeff, its seems the universe is trying to fix something gone wrong. What are the odds that shawn and camila are going through a hard time right now and you run into shawn in across the world in Nosara . You were the person who kept them connected and at peace during quarantine, I really enjoyed their meditation with you. I cant even deny this seems like an act of fate . Hope you can help them somehow either work it out or find inner peace. Best of luck to you all.
I just said to a friend today, I wish Shawn could reconnect with Jeff Warren for spiritual support during this transition with Camila. I loved their instalive together during lockdown. Lo and behold here they are. Divine intervention.😇🙏🏻

This is a great channel, im glaD I have discovered it now. I ve started meditating last yr but not remained constant doing its practices. I've used to just layround and think much of things to get done while not doing anything, funny how times can be that useful if we use it for meditation. I guess the thing that will help me come back there is knowing its feeling, and that empty feeling of not worrying, or full of thoughts... .

all i wanna tell you is, shawn loved camila since 2014-15. he wrote songs only and only for her, from never be alone-kid in love to treat you better to lost in japan to 24 hours to a part of summer of love every song on his albums were for her , he was IN LOVE with her, and being in his fandom since the day his first single came out, watching him fall for her, all i know about him is, he would never do a single thing to hurt camila. it was a relationship, we dont get to see all sides and phases of someone's relationship, there is much more to a bond than what is papped, even though a few insiders said that shawn initiated the conversation regarding the split, the two did not address it themselves, and even if shawn did camila understood it was for their best, so let's not assume things and lets not spread hate? and talking about shawn's ego, then oh honey, i wish you knew him and his nature, he is the most down to earth person you'll ever come across. he is polite, calm and HE MEDITATES FOR HIS OWN MENTAL HEALTH. if youre even 2% into his music, you definitely might have heard his song 'WONDER', it is all about freedom and the lines "I wonder, when I cry into my hands
, I'm conditioned to feel like it makes me less of a man" are purely about a man's mental health, if youve watched his 'man enough podcast', you can clearly hear him talk about how these lines are written for almost each and every male because the society has a stereotype according to which a man who cries is weak. Shawn isnt egoistic, they split up because theyre both huge artists, and theyve got so much to achieve and they were always bestfriends, from the backstage of taylor's show to today, THEY ARE PEN PALS. and also to address your "you used camila and then hurt her", HE DID NOT USE CAMILA, HE TREATED HER SO MUCH BETTER THAN HER EXES. THEY WERE BOTH HAPPY WITH EACH OTHER. NONE OF THEM USED EACH OTHER, and shawn is also equally hurt, and lets not forget shawn's bestfriend that is tarzan is also now with camila which means shawn doesnt has any coping mechanism other than meditation because he's been doing it since really long. so i request you to stop assuming things and you can stop being biased.
