I’m totally understanding why they are quiet. We got the premise and code name of VI years prior. All the leaked videos. One of the devs kids leaking a video. The trailer getting leaked about 12 hours prior to its release. Why the hell should Rockstar say anything? The fanbase is doing all the marketing for free 😂
Yea I was like wtf, I was studying and it was midnight in my country, and out of no where I get a notification from Rockstar that trailer 1 is up, and that was around 13 hours before the actual date that was set, I couldn't believe my eyes and rushed to get something to eat while watching, that day I was in a call with my friends and it was actually a good time, we got to watch it together and analyze it, there was no need to leak it since it was already getting public in a few hours later, but hey, GTA isn't a small name, that's why something like this even happened which I have never experienced before, I really do think that this time, they will just drop the trailer out of no where to avoid leakage, I don't see a problem with that, I just hope it's in this year or the first day of the new year or something, they can take their time but if they take longer than that, it's going to be too much tbh, but as u said about that the fanbase is doing the marketing, Rockstar is playing a game that is literally doing and saying nothing so people will keep talking more and more, ofc rockstar won't rely only on that to market their biggest game ever but it's like an extra layer of marketing, just hope we get anything soon, it's been a long time truly, they can take their time ofc, but the fans really deserve it as soon as possible, we have waited for so long already

The leaked videos are very outdated we want to see the newer version in some way. And 3. GTA VI will be installed on almost every Xbox Series X\S, PS5 and PC on planet earth. It will get remastered and ported over to every future console generation until it stops selling. Online DLC will be developed around the clock for the map they’re developing. Once it comes out it is out forever. We probably won’t see another GTA game after it for decades. Why rush the process if they don’t need to do it? To twist the knife even more it sounds like they are doing away with the crunch culture in that company. So they sure as hell aren’t going to force 80 hour weeks onto their devs to get this out by EOY 2025 if it’s not ready. If Strauss Zelnick and Take Two investors can’t keep them to their deadline what makes you think you will change their minds. They will release VI when it is ready. Deal with it.

It might be like Endgame. Earlier Marvel movies had a lot more content out before the movie released. But for Endgame, it was just two trailers, and then the movie directly. Such tactics only, but definitely, work when you're 100% sure your product is going to be an absolute banger.
It wont. Endgame had about 5-10 mins of woke moments out of 3 hours meanwhile this is probably a whole game of it. The game might genererate a lot of hype in the beginning but will calm down quick. The same happened for marvels spiderman 2. Endgame had relevance month after and was a 10 year build up. So gta 6 wont be like endgame

Haven't they done something similar with GTA V trailers? The first one came out on November 2011, then they had a full gap year in 2012 and they released the second one on April 2013. They game had its premiere on September the same year. We may still have the next trailer released on April or May and the full game by the end of 2025. And it's consistent with former Rockstar devs' predictions, that decision to confirm the exact release date will be made around 6 months before the release, because apparently that is how Rockstar did with all their previous big games.
Obviously they'll release more content in the coming months but honestly GTA 6 doesn't really need a second trailer. Rockstar is one of the last triple A devs that still has that well earned trust from the gaming community. You can complain about them milking GTAV (I would also), you can can complain about the laughably bad cash grab that was the difinitive edition remake. However when it comes to the prime time big IPs they don't fuck around. Looking at their last four main projects it's pretty much a grand slam every single time. GTAIV, Red Dead, GTAV, and Red Dead 2 are all "this is one of the best games I've ever played" levels of quality. I have no reason to expect anything less than once again feeling like I'm playing something that's top shelf.

Graphics wise MW2019 was a phenomenal looking game for 2019 plus CoD games just have shitton of assets, they have lot of maps and are extremely densely populated with 3d models. Yes some things, mainly audio files as far as I know can be compressed which can save a lot of disk space without loosing much quality from over compression but the games are still big. GTA V is a game from 2013 so 60 GBs for that time is pretty huge actually. And whatever the case is, we are constantly advancing in tech, so I don't see how is it unexpected for games to take more and more space, that is something that's been happening literally since the dawn of games, nothing new. HDDs and SSDs are super cheap now compared to just a few years ago so realistically, a decent gaming system should easily have 2TBs of space in SSD.
I doubt u will enjoy doing Crime in tht game as much as u do in GTA, that is if u Can do it in the 1st place the game's recent trailer just feels like using hype for other games to promote themselves I doubt their world would be as alive as they showed in their trailer or there would be fun side activities to do in the final game, its just gonna be a good genshim impact competitor ntg more

@@B1ngu5 early 2026 is a huge probability, if you count an exact year after trailer 2, well.. it's mid december and we don't have it, so.. end 2025 - early 2026 seems very likely. Earlier than that would be weird since there's no trailer, no screenshots, nothing.

@Unknown_Revolver agreed it means nothing. There's plenty of ways to be humorous so that doesn't remotely strike me as a reason to think the game won't be as funny or offensive as previous titles. From the first trailer alone we can see that influencers and social media are definitely going to be made fun of.
@@Unknown_Revolver 'less crude towards trans and minorities' doesn't seem off since the game will be based on Florida, Florida is a more 'republican' state, with a very particular culture, south culture, so maybe they will make fun of that. That's the reason why they may not make that much fun about gays or things like that since it's not California, so maybe that's why that guy said that, but for a different reason, not because they went 'woke'.

@DennisvdijkExactly, it’s been in the works since RDR2 and maybe even GTA5 so, it was being made way before anything “woke” could have came around and not only that but Rockstar doesn’t care about what people think. They’ll make this game as vulgar as can be if they wanted to and with no repercussions.
