I think in order to for people to take male SA more serious we need to stop downplaying how we talk about it. Even in the title it's "h*rny" sister not "predatory" sister. When adult female teachers SA their male students the news will call it an "affair" or "secret relationship" and rarely outright call them child molesters. its sugarcoating language like that makes it sound less serious

Many countries have even decriminalized rape against men in general, they have outright stated that "Men and boys cannot be raped" and any case where either comes forth to prosecute their predators, theyre instead thrown in jail for defamation and false accusation.

There's reporting the crime, ( you can choose to report and not file charges but then it goes to the District Attorney and they decide whether or not to take it to court) but in this case he is pressing charges and she may end up in jail and have a bond posted. If she can't afford to post bond, she stays in jail until there's a court hearing and then the District Attorney will determine whether or not there's enough evidence to take it to trial, which there obviously is, and take it from there. But all this can take weeks, months and whether or not that nasty lady takes a plea bargain. It also depends on the state, the laws vary.

@@Sm0key_Rates Because the way we talk about things and the title do matter. If I was talking about the same murder where someone gets attacked, and then shoots his attacker, if I start off with saying that he defended himself or that it was self defense, you would start off not blaming the person. In the same situation, if I said that a man shot someone in cold blood, that would give a totally different impression. You'd think that this guy is a psychopath and murderer, and while you could change your mind while watching, the first impression was made. Same thing here, if you start off saying that the woman is a predator compared to just horny, it gives a completely different impression. The former gives the impression that a crime/wrongdoing was made, while the latter might have just been someone who was flirty, or said something a little too sexual.

When you hear horny, do you think of anything illegal? Cause while they’re probably down bad, you could call most men horny. I mean as long as you have a normal amount of attraction to whatever gender you like, most men have an attraction that is sexual in nature, i.e being horny. That’s also why so many men are addicted to porn. Now when you hear predatory, what do you think? Immediately you’re probably thinking of illegal things. SA, grooming, stalking, etc. Being horny and predatory are completely different. That’s why they are different words in the first place.

Anytime I've tried to talk about it, especially with my family. It gets turned around on me that "I put myself in that position," that I should have been "more aware." Not trying to compare trauma, but something not nearly as severe happened to my cousin, it was night and day, she was shown the most incredible amount of support and love. When I pointed out how much differently we were treated, the answer I was given was "well you're a man though, it's different."

With that being said, doing this in front of a child/ren is sick and I’m pretty sure is legally considered child abuse but I’m not sure about the specifics of that exactly. But yeah even if it was just an adult predator and adult victim in a room alone with no one else that could still land him on the registry. Rightfully so of course !

How are people going to learn when twerking and similar shit, while wearing less than a swimming suit is viewed as acceptable/desirable?
You may think they’re two separate things. But they’re not. They’re normalizing ratchet & sexual behavior in public ( forcing it into others).
Like, i guarantee that if society (each other) publicly shamed acting like strippers, and twerking on & at people - grabbing another person wouldn’t happen nearly as often.
You have people who will twerk on you and say “I was just dancing!” and laugh/treat you strange if you get pissed. Because they assume people like it.
As a society we have failed. We don’t only allow and accept, we encourage over sexualized behavior.
      I would argue
Rubbing your nasty ass gentiles on strangers, and at the very least, serving it up on a plate - forcing people to look - is even more over the line, then grabbing someone.
But it’s treated as not as over the line, because it’s a “dance”
Just like the guy from your story said it was a “game”.

    • @NACentDSTM
      @NACentDSTM 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

How does it have to do with homophobia it’s all due to the fact that women act like men’s minds are only about sex so society just pulls the “he liked it tho” card even when the man is a child .The only call back to homosexuals is when women can’t take rejection or the fact that men aren’t just horny beast they call that men gay for not accepting their SA/SH . It has less to do with homophobia and more to do with women being unable to take rejection mainly besides they have been conditioned to believe they are some sort of Prime and any man would be lucky to be in their presence and use homosexual to please their egos

Rape is rape, sexual assault is assault, no matter the gender. When talking about rapists, people always think about men that are rapists. When in the end, it's just because men do not report that stuff as often as women do. Because society views men rape victims as gay or they tell them to "man up" or that it's not that big of a deal or they just laugh at them. I'll tell you what to all the fellow men out there, if a woman or a man ever assaults you, report it immediately. No one should be violated like that, man or woman. You're strong, you can get through it, I believe in you.
Now in this case, I believe that woman should be locked up immediately, because that is sexual assault, it is unwanted sexual contact and you can see what she did to him. Man right there has every right to press charges on her and has genuine proof of what she did to him, she can face time in prison and if the situation is taken "seriously", she can get 90 days up to 3+ years in prison, sadly only that because the justice system doesn't actually help men that are rape victims if the rapist is in fact a woman.

All the people saying if the roles were reversed are the ones who make men feel less than when they are victimized. Bottom line is it is never okay to touch ANYONE without consent. MEN don't take male victims seriously. MEN don't take female predators seriously. There are unfortunately never real consequences for people in positions of power that do these things. That is what we should be talking about. A predator should never get away with praying on people. It's insane that you care more about gender wars than actual justice.
