This video helped me with my pixie thank you! It’s so fun to use clippers but my fiancé had to help me a lot. Thanks to TH-cam to have someone to show you first before you make an error lol thanks so much!
Speaking a hairstylist, it would be very hard for her to cut the top of her hair evenly unless she( or anyone else for that matter) likes a very chopped ragged uneven look. It's very hard for the average person to hold their hands and arms at the angles needed to give a good precise haircut on top.

I actually did this and was able to layer and thin out the top on my own. I don’t have any pictures, but doing this for years on my own I got great practice!
