What about the teachers, who will get unemployed because of this action ( Approx 500 madarsa and each madarsa contain Approx 50 teacher 500x50= 25000 ) somewhere 25000 teacher will get unemployed, without including other staff.

Personally I believe this judgement is only fruitful if these students really get good quality education, but we all know the quality of education in UP govt school is not much better than the madarsas.
And those who only wants religious education can continue to get it without any official degrees (These degrees are not part of Islam).
Overall good decision if implemented properly by the government

Not a single penny of tax payers should be invested on any religious education board or education. Welcome decision by Honourable HC of UP . This must be done across the country.

Kya court ne madarsa board (institute) ko unconstitutional bataya hai or kya madarsa ko quality education or modern education ke sath continue kiya ja sakta hai

Quality education is a additional point. Madarsa act is unconstitutional basic on secularism but madarsa can't be closed they will continue running on institutional finance not on govt finance.
So money gives to madarsa teacher and others are stopped.

Interpretation is absolutely wrong.. The madrasa board is established to regulate the educational institutions for the interest of minorities under article 29. The Madrasha board provide only 10th and 12th level educational degrees ( madhyamik alim, fazil kamil) they does not provide any bachelor masters degree so there is no conflict with UGC. Another thing madrasha board is providing compulsory and free quality education till the age of 14 to every citizen irrespective of religion caste gender etc.
This will be stuck down in Supreme court.

Madarsa board must be closed and convert in education state board.
Only formal education system are beneficial. Disharmonious coaching only produces disharmonious peoples only. Even if it's applicable to Islam it's appropriate to Pakistan and Bangladesh .. Never Bharat. Specially after partition on religious bases .Bharat automatically becomes Hindu nation. Failure of endorsements doesn't allow to continue other disharmonious activities too.

Wrong decision, because any alama, fazil, kamil and kari asking for job from ugc, central government, state government on basis of thier qualification neither asking for funds to manage thier functions and administration from UGC and government. वैदिक स्कूल में भी वैद , गीता पढ़ाते हैं जो की हिन्दू शिक्षा है तो फिर वैदिक स्कूल को भी बंद करो ।

नहीं होती है... उनको मान्यता नहीं दिया है.. लेकिन देना चाहिए..
वैदिक विद्यालय सरकारी पैसों से नही चलाए जाते है अतः वो सुचारू रूप से चल सकते है यदि आपको मदरसा भी चलाना है तो आप चला सकते हो परंतु सरकार पैसा नही देगी 🙏
