All those excited little dudes at the end immediately brought me back to my childhood skating. They may have annoyed me in my teenage years but they're the future of skating and that means something. Love seeing Dave be kind to them.

The name Gravett has a long French heritage that first began in southern region of Languedoc. The name is derived from when the family lived in Languedoc but the name could have also been derived from the Old French word "grave," which meant "gravel." David Gravette the only guy to have a bad shoulder and take up literally every outdoor activity that requires you to have a good shoulder. Pros: They all strengthen your shoulder muscles. Cons: Really hard and painful to do when your shoulder goes bad.

Went through a tramautic back injury, lost my apartment and job and didn't skate for eight months, the way he talks about skating makes me so happy I teared up a little with sympathy. There's nothing better than that first pain free session with that heart pumping in your chest.

I love this. Misery loves company. Over 30+ years I've torn an ACL (hyperextension), MCL , separated an AC joint, completely jacked both wrists, vertigo for 8 months, etc, etc... now I'm 45 and currently have several broken ribs from one side to the other. I feel like I'm 70 but I know I won't stop. I can't stop til the wheels fly off...

One of my favorite skaters of all time. As someone with similar shoulder problems, some of this was tough to watch. But got dam, some of those manuals were INSANE

Reminds me of barely being able to talk playing slow, straight music, while there are people who can play jazz drums or black metal drums and sing. It's something about the wiring.
@@SkateSka as someone who screams and plays metal guitar at the same time, it's just practice. It's not easy but you have to have one on lock so you don't really have to pay attention.

I don't know if you gonna read my comment David, but i just want you to know that you are no doubt my favorite skater.I had an opportunity to met you, say hi and take picture during the "Bones Poland tour" in 2012. I was 15 back then and that was one of the best moments since i started skating. To this day I still have poster with yours signature on my wall in the room. And i know it's only pice of paper but it means a lot to me . Now I'm 22 and always looking forward for a new video with you. I wish you a lot of health and energy to still skating. Man, you're a great example. I've got Ehlers Danlose which messes with my joints over time. I'm 48. Can't skate any longer, but I'm 700 miles into a One Wheel GT. Fun as heck. Great example Gravette and Creature, I just purchased a shirt on line. Word.

I was fishing with my dad in the U.P. of Michigan, we also were in a little boat. But the mosquitoes were killing my dad but not me. The only factor we could figure was that I was smoking weed and he wasn't. So he never smoked but the skeeters got so bad he hit the joint about 3 times and they finally left him alone. 😂🦅 We saw and eagles nest too. 👍
