The very first thought that crossed my mind after watching this video - I am so so privileged. For the past few years (being interested in politics), I was torn between the war of ideologies and narratives. All the narratives circling around the media and the political groups had their own arguments, some of which made sense and some did not. I was always confused on which side is right(correct) and that made my life miserable. It was very recently that I made peace with myself that there is no way to know what is right. After that, I went looking for a different answer and this time the question was - what are the real issues? Is it whether the country is losing its secular character, or is it whether the capitalists are gaining a hold on the economy further enlarging the income gap between classes? With this video, I got a part of my answer. This is the real issue. What I saw today, in this video is not the India of my dreams(and I do hope that this dream is shared by many others). This is not the India I so want to be proud of(if anyone thinks of bashing me on this, I must say I'm a very proud Indian, it's just that such condition of my fellow citizens is unacceptable). I do hope that most of us, the youth, sees this video, most of them very privileged when compared to the people in Mubarakpur(including me). This is something all of us should strive to change, everything else should be secondar. I can't thank you enough Samdish Sir for doing me(hopefully us) this favour. I would feel lucky if I ever do even half of what you're doing by telling us the untold stories of real India.

Hie Samdish, I've been catching up on your videos again today, and I'm always impressed by how you and your content is evolving every time I see you. But this two years old video made me cry, it really struck a chord with me, there were so many touching moments in it; The lady who offered you her jute-bag-mattress to sit on, sharing that she makes only ₹150 for 1,000 bidis and walks 7-8 kms to sell them, then instantly regretted for oversharing as she feared her employer might find out - that innocence, that fearfulness was so touching. And the little girl, the only one among the boys, who when asked “क्या बनना चाहती हो?” said 'पढ़ूँगी तब ना, अभी कहाँ पता है' her innocent lack of freedom to dream about her future….. It acutely made me realize of my own privileges. The old man offering water and biscuits, apologizing for not able to match your usual hosting standards, and the other man talking about how simply hearing their pain mattered to them. I admire your talent and content, Samdish, but this video earned my deepest respect for the sensitivity and authenticity with which you and your team captured these stories. और यार “उड़ जाएगा हंस अकेला” से शुरू किए हो…..
I am from chandauli..and the situation shown here really shakes me from within..because for me it has been only holiday destination to meet my grandma but to know the real struggle of even the simplest of necessities really breaks my heart..and it's true there not much done it takes almost the whole life of one person to change situation for his family..in my case which was my father..that i am privileged enough to watch this video laying down on my couch..but it really made me introspect towards my responsibilities as a voter and as a citizen and social being as a whole.. Thanks Samdish and team you guys are doing an awesome job ❣️❣️ much respect
hey man, i had a question... this might sound rude, but why do yadavs only vote for sp? why only sp? only because they are yadavs as well? now i am neither a bjp supporter nor a sp supporter but it always triggers me that people take advantage of caste "brotherhood" and give nothing in return and the same goes for bjp supporters as well
80% pani 20% doodh ... 22:50 when the boy speaks about his concern on his future .. the confidence in his voice and his determination literally gave me chills " Sir humko engineer banna hai .. aagey bhi padhege hamesha isi me thodi rahege" .. living in such harsh conditions for ages along with the feeling of being ignored and neglected and though having that confidence on himself rather than relying on any other means is really a hats off moment for the kid .. the kids are seeing their elderly battling the harsh conditions since the day they opened their eyes and hearing stories of their ancestors of surviving in the same manner and though they fight each day with the same amount of courage and confidence of living a better life ahead.. my heart goes out for all such people who still fight each day for a single morsel for their own kind .. I say not only people like Samdish bhai and his team but we as fellow citizens should take some time out and visit such places in our respective states to measure the amount of struggle people go through every single day of their life . This should not be done to ridicule or praise some political parties but atleast to hear the pain out of their hearts .. I know it feels satisfying when someone comes up to you and asks you "boy why you look so low, do you have a problem in life" atleast unka mann to halka hoga .. I am no different from all the beautiful people in this comment section but if it comes to me sharing my views after watching this video, I bet I can write a thing as big as a novel on my feelings for these people of my country.. but I am afraid, we watch we cry we do feel the pain and then we fill spaces in the comment section till we wake up the next morning and it all vanishes away behind our busy schedule and a chaotic life ahead .. its very hard for all of us to pack our bags the next morning and move out to such vilages to bear witness of the struggles but yes we can try .. we can try to hear what they have to say irrespective of any greed for votes to gain super powers while ruling a village or a town or a city or a state .. kudos to the team of unfiltered for showing us our real India instead of showing us the busy, wealthy, glamorous, notorious a d powerful lives of our country 👏 👍

There are so many videos like these already, but what samdish does is authentic. It calls out people. Showing us a part of india, which is barely talked about and not romanticizing it. Because what most people do is show villages in a very aesthetic form, which is not the reality. @@anushkaa28 Learn gratitude and humbleness .
@@prabalsahu1120 exactly why I asked. Try to understand the psyche that nobody was born like that. Making a life in a city facing that terrible competition everyday and the brutal ruthlessness of everyone around you in a city MAKES YOU THAT WAY !
Ofc we should learn, but it's human nature to give back what we get.
@@anushkaa28 Agreed .
villagers also never vote on real issues , they prefer religion and caste , thats why they suffer and if you correct them , you will be ostracized . This is reality .
Have tears at the last moment of the video.. This is the reality of our country..
चलो कोई तो है जो मुझे मेरा दुख पूछ रहा है..
I can completely relate to this. You have very nicely put it into words.

And the little girl, the only one among the boys, who when asked “क्या बनना चाहती हो?” said 'पढ़ूँगी तब ना, अभी कहाँ पता है'
her innocent lack of freedom to dream about her future…..

Thanks for making me realize this. Thanks for giving another purpose to me :)
