I guess it depends on your build. I feel like the 12-14 inch hubs are good for ultra powerful small bike builds like a grom, ruckus or smaller where the qs 180 I think is good for full size dirt bike, sports bike or cruiser bike builds like the build I did with this motor a 450 pound honda bobber build im just not gonna sit a 13 inch wheel on that 🤣 Power wise im honestly not 100% sure i've heard people push 120kw with those little hubs but i don't see to much people with the qs 180 yet so the most i've seen so far is 70kw with it im sure it could do more though.

Welcome back! I'd like to dedicate a song for you "Tubthumping Song by Chumbawamba" That a mighty motor, I can't wait to see the new project as it proceeds.
Brother nice information on the motor, quick question which speed control would you use any recommendations, planning on using this for ev car set-up Thanks
From what i know of the high powered fardriver controllers are the only controllers i know so far that can push the motor to its max. The person i saw do 70kw with this motor was using a fardriver.
@ItsMallie Excellent. Thank you. One last question. Do you think the ND72100 would work with the qs180 90H? The Fardriver is listed as a hall motor controller but the QS180 is an encoder motor.
@@PaulPaid If Im correct they should have the ND72100b which is the encoder version. You should be able to email them about it or if your buying from aliexpress message the store you buying from and ask if they have the encoder version so you don't get sent the wrong one.
Do you think this motor can hit 100mph with the proper battery and controller ?
Niceee, but what’s up with the background sound…. 😔…
Glad to see your back at it. Good thumbnail🔥
what do you think, qs 180 8kw, or better qs 273 70H 12kw 13" hub?
