@@Physover I think I know why they are:
1. ???, The Forgotten, and The Lost, because they appear to have been fears Isaac has had. His fears dropped from his body at one point in the final ending.
2. Keeper because after rocks covered the screen in the Greed/Greedier Mode endings, it goes back to where Isaac was last seen, except that the Keeper has taken his spot.
@@xxyoshi12xx6 he is the keeper. Probably died from suffocation since the rocks blocked off air. If not, starvation/dehydration.

Hopefully, we'll get a new update in a few months which will add a new alt floor for the Corpse (Mortis), a few unfinished bosses that exist in the game files (Clutch and Raglich), and a reworked Void and Delirium. None of this is confirmed, but references to Mortis and the bosses already exist in the game files, and here's a tweet from Edmund about fixing Delirium:

It's really nice to see someone who thinks about the game in a similar way that I do, and someone who is really passionate about the game and doesn't hate the newest DLC just because it nerfed the straight up OP items that win you runs alone and because they spiked up the difficulty. Really nice video overall

I found this video out of nowhere when it was uploaded, having never played the game. A year and a half later, it's my top game on Steam with around 1,100 hours. Thanks Foekoe!
This game helped me develop my art skills and intrests when i was a teen, and still to this day, this game inspired me to look more towards the medical/religious grusome.
All because Edmund used to be an edgy dead baby joke boi,to this well respected dude.

@@wert_. The ending doesnt make anything clear. Maybe isaac did suffocate and the beast ending is in heaven because of how isaac ascended to the sky after killing the beast, maybe it was all in his imagination, who knows. But i heard that edmund confirmed isaac is dead

i'm glad somebody else grew up with this game in the same fashion i did, i remember when i first baught wrath of the lamb, then rebirth came out and, like your reaciton, i found it easy, and it just got easier with each expansion, i remember filling out several of the completion marks, only missing the marks for lazarus, appolyon, and the keeper, then repentance dropped and i couldn't help but be excited. screw "road to repentance" i'm starting from scratch with this expansion! and i'm so glad i did, the amount of effort it took to get back my lost marks was much more than before, with the difficulty of old hard mode practically being the same as new normal, greed mode feeling like throwing shit at a wall, and the new floors being a step up even further from that... it felt so refreshing, like back before wrath of the lamb when i never once actually beat it lives.
Can we also agree that this game has one of the most underrated soundtracks ever

This is literally my all time favorite game, Fucking hell I love EVERYTHING about it. Repentance made me legit cry multiple times. This built me to who I am today. Also you did the game complete justice in this video HOLY SHIT.

This video makes me want to play the game, I love how Isaac isn’t afraid of not being child appropriate and doesn’t let the fact that younger generations will be pushed away from this title and so it can be it’s full, unsettling, fun and truly great game that tells an emotional and compelling story (unlike fnaf security breach which is more of an action thriller than a horror due to them trying to appeal to younger audiences)
As a minor I hope that isaac lives on with the lil kids, even with all the gore and sad lore the game is amazing

I have rewatched this video so many times, you are amazing at editing your videos and the animation at the end by cyber was so good
Not sure if people have told you, but people have made awesome mods for the game that add even more bloody content. Of course Repentance is a port/enhanced version of Antibirth, but there’s two other mods I highly recommend; Fiend Follo which is a more ridiculous mod that adds new bosses enemies items and a new character, then there’s Revelations which adds a new story, reworks of the 7 deadly sins, new locations with unique enemies and bosses, a lot of new items, and new characters. Revelations Chapter 1: The Glaciers and Chapter 2: The Tombs is already out while Chapter 3: The Vestige is in development and promises to add EVEN MORE CONTENT. Seriously if you love Binding of Isaac, check out these two mods, highly recommend them.

Innocence Glitched is just... it's powerful. It perfectly encapsulates the horrific visuals and themes of Isaac, the desolation of being a literal toddler deluded in self-hatred, trying to escape into Fantasy and hide from his psychopathic Mother, LITERALLY fighting his inner demons and, inevitably, succumbing to his delusions and suffocating, dying in a box without ever being able to live the life he so desperately fantasised about.
TL;DR: The Binding Of Issac is a powerful, emotional game, and truly deserving of the hundreds of hours people put into it. Thank you, Ed. Thank you so much for making this amazing game.
