Much cheaper at Hobby Lobby. I started the same tradition when my kids where young. They had lots of ornaments to put on their own tree once they moved out. Now my kids do that for their kids. Also matching PJ’s. Great traditions

I still have ornaments that I painted with my mom when I was 3 and I’m about to turn 50 in February! I love them and when my kids saw them they were amazed I still had them all these years. Traditions are cool so start it now you guys!!!
I still remember my husband and my first Christmas decoration shopping trip and 30 years later we still have a couple of our original items we purchased together. You guys are building great memories 💕
My husband and I have been decoration buying for one year longer than we have been married (52 years). We still have most of the decorations we have bought over the years. One of the first 2 items we bought is still with us. The other broke when our last real tree fell over. 😢 Casey, your idea of a special ornament every year is great. Just keep in mind you’ll be going special places over the years. We have an ornament made of a painted sand dollar from the Caribbean, a Moon Gate ornament from Bermuda (walk through one and you’ll always go back), one from Alaska. Always room for an ornament in luggage. And putting them out every year leads to ‘remember when we were there?’ . It’s a nice tradition to start now. Kyle don’t read the next sentence! Also ask his folks for an ornament off his ‘home’ tree. Put it on as a surprise.

We decorated this past weekend! We have 4 tall trees and 2 mini trees all decorated in our house! Going to do a quick vlog of our Travel Tree which has a TON of Disney ornaments!
Side Note: Check out Home Depot for fake trees. Great prices and great quality. We just picked up a 7.5ft pre-lit skinny tree for our bedroom for $89!

Just an idea that me and my family have one tree is a family tree ornaments from our childhood and kids childhood then there is the 9 foot tree I call the Disney tree all of our old Disney ornaments and our new ones every year you relieve those memories when putting up the trees

Whenever we travel, we purchase a Christmas ornament as a souvenir… our tree every Christmas reminds us of all the adventures we have been on, Disney trips, LA, Hawaii, Chicago, Bermuda, etc. it’s a fun tradition ❤

Owning our own home with my husband, I love target but all my decor I get from homegoods. Homegoods here in NJ are amazing so I don’t know what they are like by you guys but you’d get a lot more bang for your buck and more unique stuff

Kyle, my son plays the Lorcana game and collects the game. You get the cards and game stores. Not Walmart, target, or Disney. Look up game stores in your area.
