My very first cruise was a New Year's Eve cruise on NCL Epic. The 4200-passenger ship had over 6000 on it - about half of them kids out of school - and I went the entire 7 days without getting a chair on the deck. But it convinced me that cruising was what I wanted to do. Now I average a cruise a month. The party atmosphere is infectious! (No covid pun intended)
I am so happy to find this video! We are on this cruise this year. Did you bring your own NYE hats/props or they gave those out? That lounge looks so packed! I assume the weather canceled the outdoor party?
We brought some stuff, but they gave out hats and horns. Yes, the Lido Deck Party got rained out..we thought we had great seat at the bar, but it was still packed and crazy!!!
Nice Video. I brought in 2023 while aboard the Celestyal Crystal ( Greek company that uses older ships) in Istanbul, smaller party only about 550 or 50% full but a lot of fun. First New Years on a cruise ship. Started our day with a walking food tour of Istanbul. Lots of good food. Thank you for all the good video's.
Honestly made me nauseous to watch you eating in front of the dishwashing station at dinner. And the food looked like something out of a Shoney’s, but not as good. Sorry, just being honest.
