In my country you have to be 16+ to ride an electric scooter and it is limited to 25 km but I am 14 and still ride an electric scooter And I was stopped by police officers many times
According to our country law, you need to use helmet till 18 years age, In fact, almost no one wears it.. There is no age restriction for driving :)
