Your bike seems to be missing the two studs on the fender that holds down the rear of the rider seat and the front of the passenger seat.
I noticed that too. Seems that seat is NOT secure.
Installed improperly.
Shouldn’t there be 2 hold down finger bolts that hold the back of the front seat? What’s holding the back of the front seat down ? Looks like it moves around

His bike seems to not have the two studs in the fender that the two hold down knobs thread onto. The way it is the seat cannot be used safely.

Do Not Buy from CC Rider Seats as their Customer Service and Warranty is Terrible. 10/4/22
I don't know how their other seats are but this model fits like crap with poor mounting hardware. The feel and look of the seat are nice but that is about it.
