Btw. the red one is just red cabbage. In Germny it's called Rotkohl -> red kale, but in Bavaria it's called Blaukraut -> blue cabbage.
And in Croatia it's green and purple cabbage and the third one that he says it most similar to lettuce it's actually a kale.
In Russia the purple one is called cauliflower 🤣

I've been using that device for years. What you need to do is put some kind of block against the wall (on the counter) and put your device up against it so you only have to stabellize and youll just push it against it.
These videos are made to show some sollutions, but they generate even more questions in my head

ironically for that 3rd gadget the flat slicer your suppose to hold the whole vegi your cutting with your hand at first and the reason your having soo much trouble keeping it still is cause your suppose to put it over a sink or hold it between your legs while sitting with a large bowl under it, you only really need to use the slide when you get about 2/3 through what your holding watched people use em like that for years and nobody cut themselves

The wooden cutter is for making Sauerkraut. You need to sit, put it between your legs and start. I love this, chops up quick and good for mass production 😏
