I dont understand why everyone was weird about the fact that Rhy's children were from another man. Even if that is so, the fact is that she is the Targaryen and her children have Targaryen blood (which is why they can ride Dragons). What matters is the her children are fit to sit on the Iron Throne and eventually her son does. Viserys was the only one who was right and understood this.
