Shashi Tharoor In Aap Ki Adalat: Shashi Tharoor In Aap Ki Adalat : आप की अदालत में कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता और सांसद शशि थरूर देंगे इंडिया टीवी के चेयरमैन और एडिटर-इन-चीफ रजत शर्मा के सवालों का जवाब. शशि थरूर, तिरुवनंतपुरम निर्वाचन क्षेत्र का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले तीसरे कार्यकाल के लोकसभा सांसद हैं. थरूर ने कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व वाली यूपीए सरकार में मानव संसाधन विकास राज्य मंत्री और विदेश राज्य मंत्री के रूप में भी कार्य किया.शशि थरूर एक भारतीय राजनेता, लेखक और पूर्व अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सिविल सेवक हैं. उन्हें पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री Manmohan Singh सरकार के तहत मंत्रिमंडल में भी शामिल किया गया था. कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष पद (Shashi Tharoor as Congress President) की लिस्ट में इनका नाम शामिल था. इस लिस्ट में उनके कर्नाटक सांसद मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे भी थे. लेकिन मल्लिकार्जुन ने भारी मतों से शशि थरूर को हरा दिया और आखिरकार 24 साल बाद कांग्रेस को मिल गया नया अध्यक्ष. शशि का करियर साल 1978 में संयुक्त राष्ट्र जिनेवा में शरणार्थियों के लिए संयुक्त राष्ट्र उच्चायुक्त के सदस्य के रूप में शुरू हुआ. साल 1981 से 1984 तक सिंगापुर में यूएनएचसीआर ऑफिस के हेड भी बने.
The enigmatic leader is a third-term Lok Sabha MP representing Kerala's Thiruvananthapuram constituency. Tharoor also served as Minister of State for Human Resource Development and Minister of State for External Affairs in the Congress-led UPA government.

Dr Tharoor is a much followed politician, eminent critique, prolific writer of nearly two dozen best sellers.
The key is politics for identity & name, writing for revenue, Twitter for reach & fame. Controversy is the stimulus of the game.
As a professional author, speaker, public intellectual and a politician, Tharoor doesn't stand by his own arguments. Having spoken against colonial mindset and atrocities of the British Raj etc he was among the first and the strongest to oppose the banning of BBC Files.
Eventually the govt of India raided BBC office and found incriminating evidences. Today BBC is shaken up and is in bad shape as a consequence of multiple misdeeds of similar nature worldwide.
So much for the scholarship and intellectual proficiency of Tharoor who fails his own countrymen frequently when they need him the most to defend the voices and honour of the country. Worthless junk.👎
Clearly Tharoor has no skin or colour of his own. Apparently what matters is his books becoming bestsellers and his Tweets get maximum response. All the time self promotion by a man not counted by his party leadership.
