Man, this is spot on! I'm thinking that Kody gives no foxes to making room for Truly if she'd want to visit. I'd make that man-turd drive to Utah to see his kid if he cares that much. Same thing with Savannah. Janelle needs to get her RV up to Utah, sell it and find a place to live and then get a damn good lawyer to scalp the two grifters.

I would love to see that, because I don't think these women have any idea how bad it is out there for middle aged women dating. Mari got a taste of it, and Mari was really willing to wait out the low and make things work. It's too bad Kody wouldn't, because he couldn't forgive her and trust her. Janell has pretty low expectations and probably just wants to be by herself, so she will probably be happy. But Christine...she packed up her things over lack of intimacy after 25 years, and she was the stay at home mom who needs to feel like the favorite. Middle aged women dating definitely don't feel like the favorite and sexiest woman in the room. She has led a very sheltered life, and won't be able to tell red flags or even if she is just being used for an evening. By middle age, bad men have perfected their schemes, and good men are usually single to sew their oats, preferably with a younger woman. She could have success, more likely if she has someone already lined up, but if not, she will go through what she had with Kody and worse before she has any luck.

Janelle actually hints at what is really going on with the family money when she says that SHE submits the fiscal taxes for them all, and sees what/who the excess money is spent on.

Janell probably has her own bank account and separate taxes, her kids are adults, she was never legally married, so she has her trailer and isn't owned anything else legally. She can't sue for anything because the money was completely commingled in the family. Janell worked, Christine took care of her kids, money was pooled to buy the houses built in Vegas because money was always pooled together. Money from the sales was again pooled together to buy Coyote pass and some of the wives houses, and since the section Janell was promised isn't available until the land is paid off, there is nothing tangible that Janell owns other than the trailer she bought, and she has no legal claim. Some reports say that Christine sold her claim to Kody and Robyn, but we know Christine instead kept the money from her house sale. Kody's name is on 4 plots, so maybe it was paid off and divided, and he is keeping his promise of their ownership, but if he's such a bad guy, why would he let his wives have the land if they don't have a legal claim.
She might be able to get the money for the land back but the rest of it is tied up in Robyn's house. She will need a lawyer for that. Either Robyn will have to sell her house or they will have to pay Janelle and Meri out because Meri put the money that she got for her Vegas house into Robyn's house also. It's a huge mess. these poor women can't even make a clean break from Cody and Robyn. @@Blessedcrumb

Lucky for Janelle, Arizona is a community property state. She needs to consult a lawyer asap. Could a judge declare her “married” to Kody Brown (they are self-professed married) so she would legally be entitled to half (or 1/4?) of his property in event of breakup. Go Janelle! That's if you are single, but when Kody got divorced and married Robyn, that is a legal marriage. Polygamy being illegal means someone getting screwed in separation as a deterrent. But Janell has her trailer, all the furniture, and a job. Small possibility she could have a claim to Coyote pass, but only if the lots have been legally created, or if Kody sells it. If the wives left in Vegas, Kody would have been screwed. But this time the property is in Kody's name, and the kids are all grown up. If Kody gives Janell her plot, or a portion of the sale of Coyote pass, people hating on him should eat their words, cause he has no obligation.

After thinking about all the wives and their relationships with Kody, I find it so interesting that Kody, since marrying Robyn, has found a way to nitpick every other wife to the point of excluding each emotionally from his life. Does anyond else see this? First, he ditched Meri, then Christine, and now, Janelle. He finds reasons to no longer connect with each one so he can go home to Robyn. And Kody never badmouths Robyn. I think he's doing all this horrible stuff to push them to leave so he can play the victim & not be the bad guy or the one to blame for the family breaking apart. He only wants to be with Robin because she's the only one who makes him feel like he's in control & does everything he says no matter what. My heart breaks for these women who think that this is love & that they don't deserve better.

I think it's just the income from their Vegas home sales. Basically the same houses, but they sold at different times at different prices. They went into one account to be able to buy Coyote pass, and the temporary housing while their homes were being built. Some of the wives didn't want to buy and decided to rent so there would be more urgency to build. Kody and everyone but Christine wanted the big single house that was divided. They wouldn't have to pay off the land for that. Christine wanted the property separated to leave her part to her kids, but have to pay it off first. Christine leaving just kinda broke everything planned. Makes sense that Christine keeps money from her house sale, except that her Vegas home sold last for less, but she now has no claim to the pass.

And Kody argues in front of their daughter & Savannah witnesses her father manipulating her mother right in front of her. Kody’s a terrible parent.
Then he wonders why his older kids don't respect him. They've seen how horrible he treats their moms... and them, in comparison to Robyn and her kids.

I think he just doesn't want Janelle on the property. 🤷. And if he keeps coming up with reasons for it not to happen then eventually it won't happen. When Kody said he wasn’t going to live in the RV, Janelle said that’s FINE, you have a house to stay in with Robyn. She’s done. She’s definitely done. I don't think so- I think Kody really cares what people think of him, so much so that he was jumping through hoops while fans still told his wives to leave him, and no matter how hard Robyn tried, fans hated her for being a new wife. In monogamous relationships the husband or the wife will say no to things and make demands. All we started seeing was Kody say, "ok", and maybe give reasons not to, but he really didn't feel comfortable telling his wives no, or being upset if they made big decisions without him. I think because of people's responses to him, he was always afraid his wives would leave him, like Meri almost did. He would be crucified by the public if he left. The houses were all in the wives names- 4 equal sized mansions. You didn't hear a wife who needed less room offer to live in a smaller house. It wasn't his idea to court Robyn as the 4th wife either, Meri wanted another wife because she didn't want to try for more kids, and Christine thought she might only want 1 more, Janell was focused on her career. Robyn was a good candidate because she had kids, wanted more, grew up in polygamy, and was age appropriate. She never wanted Kody to herself, and it makes no sense people think so. She had a monogamous marriage and it was abusive and lonely. When you get divorced from someone like that you want something different. She wanted the community, sister wife friendship, and raising kids together. Kody and the other wives were so young when they were married they only believed it was God's way, Christine very obviously hated polygamy and faked it. She wanted Kody to herself she projected that on Robyn. Getting young women who don't know what they really want, and are much more likely to leave in this culture is ridiculous.
Also, Christine should sue Kody for half of the medical bills that she has had to pay for Isabella's surgery.
And Truley's. She had to work tirelessly to pay that off before she could get Ysabel's scheduled.

Kody told all the wives to buy instead of renting because it made more sense financially while they waited to build. Houses in the wives names, just like Vegas, that they could sell at any time and keep the money from Kody. If his plan was to leave the other wives for Robyn, how would that benefit him? Meri bought the bed and breakfast, she could barely afford, why would he offer Meri an equal stake in Coyote pass, considering he divorced her and legally didn't have to include her?
