      Sir mujhe 10 month ho gye h m boker se chal leta hu koi foot drop bhi nahi h toilet bhi normal h but exracise ke kuch time bad stiffness bhaut aa jati h plz suggest me

    mujhe 4 saal ho gye he first me hua to jldi recovery ho gyi thi pero me pr ab 2 saal se kuch bhi muvment nhi ho raha pero me or na hi kamar load le pa rahi he. kuch new..execercise ho to btao jisse jldi thik ho jaye plz.....,,
