Literally Adam's singing *_exactly_* as how Jon does it. First time hearing the song and I knew Adam sounded different than how he usually sings. The wide smile on my face when I learned Jon produced it... this song got people quoting "Memories bring back, memories bring back you" on Facebook and Twitter while unbeknownst to them Jon produced it. It's a "proud" feeling, tbh.
His level of talent is too high for mainstream. When he goes a level down he makes these mainstream songs. But his own music he wants to use his talent to the best of his ability and doesn’t care if it doesn’t make him super popular (although he’s doing very well for himself regardless).
Ok now you have the comparison, Jon's voice has sooo much more character and emotions than Adam Levine's. Since i know that Jon wrote this song for Maroon 5 i was wondering, how would it sound with Jon singing. Now i know :)
