I had such a wonderful time at the tweed run last weekend!
In this video I take you through my preparations for the outfit for this wonderful event
The patterns I mentioned are:

The Bellini blouse @MaisonFauve
The Zenith blouse @MaisonFauve

The fabric for my jacket and trouser came from @poundfabrics1129
The embroidery anglais fabric came from Knighton Fabrics. They have a Facebook group that you’ll need to join, but also a recent website

Cara, thank you so much for showing us the Tweed Run. I don’t often wear hats or caps but I occasionally wear a beret and I whenever I wear one I always tilt it to the side like you did. It looks and feels so chic, I think. Your jacket and trousers are gorgeous, all your makes are! You and your hubby are so talented … enjoy your holiday😊

It was great to see footage of the Tweed Run. Your outfit looks amazing! Have a lovely holiday Cara and happy sewing! I’m relaxing after a neighborhood barbecue at the moment. Fabric for trousers in the wash.

I just want to say thank you for the footage of the tweed run. In a strange sort of way it reminded me of 'those magnificent men in their flying machines '. Loved it - your outfit is superb!

The last time I was on a bike, I fell off 😂. It's great to see the tweed run footage. Loved all your clothes. The word "quintessential" can only be used with the word English to make any sense. In my opinion. ❤
