      Aww John mate dont talk. I was 13 and still remember it like it was yesterday. Big Jack gave us the great times. Never the like since.

      @@leroyoneill1929 Ireland is about 2000 years old. Never in the history of our country has any person been so loved and admired by the Irish people than Jack Charlton has.

    Italia 90 was one of the biggest things to ever happen in Ireland. The whole country went completely nuts. Hard to put it in to words how huge it was. It literally changed the country

    I actually suffered a ruptured aneurysm around 6 years ago but I’ll never forget Packie Bonnar saving that penalty!?! It was an amazing day to be Irish!?! We could have actually won it that year!?! Ah great memories!?!
