There are 4 professional reception microphones to receive voice
command.
For better recognition effect, it is suggested to command within 3
meters. And the best recognition angle is 90 degree on the front
and 45 degree on the left o r right
There are 4 LED indicators indicating the working status( The LED
indicators can be shut down in Setting). Meaning of Indicator:
Indicators on(Yellow color): The Hands free Voice Control is Off;
Indicators off : The Hands free Voice Control is On;
Indicators shining(White color): Voice Command Recognizing.

Sir you are a life savior! I've been looking for a solution on how to turn on the mic. Can't enable hands free google assistant because mic is off. I researched all over the internet but the info isn't available! Until I was brought here! Thank you so much. God speed.
I have the TCL C715. I have setup google account and everything, microphone button is also turned on but I don't have that "OK Google Detection" slider on my settings. when I turn the microphone off I get the yellow dots, but when I turn it on I don't get the white dots. Only way I can use is to press the google assistant button on the home menu, top left... it's not available in Portugal?
also, I'm connected with LAN cable, does it need to be wi-fi? I don't know what else to think lol
I have mine connected with LAN cable, have the Mic switch turned on behind TV, and can't turn it on in the menu either. Super weird

@@pedroromeu4930 I'm not sure if it was something that I did or just some update, but I believe it started working at some point. However, I just eventually turned the mic switch off on the back because the assistant would constantly pop open without anyone saying "ok Google" and was getting annoying, so I turned it off as it wasn't of much use anyways... 😅
