Why do people think they should get tips and donations for doing the bare minimum. You tip someone if they do above Average not normal
Because, at least in America, that is how businesses pay their workers. They are allowed to pay workers that make tips regularly less than minimum wage in some states, and it's expected now days. Have an issue with it? Start petitioning business to get rid of tip culture.

@@frapapeto then accept that you will be given shittier and shittier service. If you refuse to tip, the people you aren't tipping will remember you. I worked at a pizza place for nearly a year. The drivers remembered names, addresses, and numbers and would forget sides, the bag that kept the food heated, etc on "accident" for the people who didn't tip repeatedly.
Regardless if you agree with this or not, this is what happens. They do not care about complaints either; we just would hang up and accept a bad review or act like we cared when we really weren't paid enough to. We might give credit or refunds, but that takes no effort out of the drivers. They aren't fired either as there isn't enough drivers to fire any of them.
There isn't any consequences if a driver decided to be rude because you didn't leave a tip.
Regardless it is your decision. I am just informing you that people that expect tips do retaliate when people don't tip.
Buddy most people that work in fast food get paid minimum wage and the wages haven’t kept up with inflation so even with minimum wage it’s hard to live and buy food and water, so most people live on tips.
If you have a problem with it then make a protest to make greedy organizations make their employee wages comfortable
