For the Chicken :
•Chicken(halved with skin) - 2
•Whole corriander seeds - 1tblspn
•Cumin seed - 1tblspn
•Whole Black pepper - 1tblspn
•Garlic -1
•Kashmiri chilly powder(optional) - 1tspn
•Salt - as needed
•Olive oil - 3tblspn
•Saffron yellow colour (optional) -1/4tspn
For the rice:
•Sella/Basmati rice -3.5cup
•Onion(finely chopped) - 1med
•Capsicum(chopped) - 1/2
•Green chilly - 2
•Salt - as needed
•Cloves - 5-6
•Cumin seeds - 1tblspn
•Whole corriander seeds -1/2tblspn
•Garlic(chopped) -2
•Bay leaf -2
•Cardamom -10
•Cinnamon - 2-3
•Dry lemon -2

ഒരു പേടിയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു എല്ലാം വേവുമോ എന്നൊക്കെ.. ഇക്ക പറഞ്ഞ അളവുകളും ടൈമിങ്ങും methodum എടുത്ത് ഇഡ്ഡലി ചെമ്പിൽ ആണ് ആക്കിയത്... Perfect എന്നുപറഞ്ഞാൽ കുറഞ്ഞു പോകും 😍😍
അത്ര കിടിലൻ taste.. ചിക്കന്റെയും റൈസിന്റെയും വേവ് അത്ഭുതമായിപ്പോയി.. അത്ര perfect.. Soft and juicy ചിക്കൻ with ഇക്ക പറഞ്ഞപോലെ പൂ പോലത്തെ rice 😍😍
ആ തക്കാളി chutney കൂടെ ആയപ്പോൾ out of the world 😍

Aadhyamayitanu enik mandi correct aayit kitunatu especially chicken atinte vevu pakka rice aanengilum athil paranjapole paiye elakki eduthu.rice separate aayit angane spread aayi kitunate enik ith adhyayita chettan edutha effortinum dedicationum aadhyam tanne abhinandanangal.the recipe is absolutely fantastic and tempting without any doubt everyone should try it atleast once
