@nicholasgreen339 I am in contact with both his sons and his daughter, and they know how to reach me when needed. I have many tapes that need restoration as they are old and fragile. I have been asking my subscribers for donations to help in that regard. Hopefully, I will succeed in that endeavour. Stay safe and well.

ps : How could Jcans let the new generation mash up their mighty Dancehall ????
Lost their irie roots identity, Steph.
Dancehall has never lost it's soul. There are undiscovered underground Dancehall artists who are keeping the flames alive and well. But they are not being recognized.
@@blackwolverine1 only in di Gospel scene, new riddims are not jamaican music
@@StephLiveUProgram I'm talking about underground Dancehall artists who utilize the Traditional Drum and Bass sound in their music. Not those artists using Trap beats family.
@@blackwolverine1 okay bro... in Ja ? but which ones please ? which producers ?
Last year is only Napalm (9 to 5) I found original and no killy killy lyrics....
Miss these times Inna dancehall. Every artist had their own individual style. Not like today's artist where you would get mixed up true say they all sound alike. On the other side, respect for the upload, got my headphones on, couple rolled enjoying the vybz.😤💨💨💨🔥👊🏿💯
Big 80s style🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for the fantastic footage!
My pleasure. Please subscribe so we can keep the vibes alive. Thanks.
Yes Big daddyLeo i have the stars in concert video featuring Tiger, Papa San, Peter Metro and more and it's good to see a part of the Tiger performance which did'nt end up on my video. Bless up.
Precious moments, keep it safe, Darren. I have lost lots of footage because I did not store the tapes properly. I am only now trying to save what I have left, especially videos from the 80s.
Yeahman ah must stitchie too

@@LeoOReggio yes this is true
How can I find him I like to meet him 😊
Is there any interview online featuring the announcer? I've seen him on various concert videos. Not sure if he gets the respect he deserves.
The two MCs are Baldwin Howe and Bagga Brown. Both were very popular in the 80s. Bagga Brown was the co-founder of the highly regarded Rockers Awards Show who unfortunately is now deceased. I am sure there might be interviews somewhere out there with both men. Baldwin is still alive and is full of information to share about the musical adventures of the 80s, of that I'm sure.
@@LeoOReggio So cool. I'll look into them. Thank you!
@@LeoOReggio Which MC is at 17:30?
@@agomodern he is the great Barry G, who ruled Jamaican radio as a disc jockey in the 1980s.

Where is tiger now ?
Tiger is here in Jamaica but his injuries from the near-fatal 1994 bike accident have been a big set back to his musical career.
Wow sorry to here but where exactly is he now in the hospital or home where ? I remember hearing about the bike accident with that lady who hit off his bike jah no star everytime I watch his stage shows my eyes fill with tears I love to meet him because jamaican artist dem nuh live too long
@@favorbless4340 He is home, still living in Bonner Pen Lane, Liguanea. He did shows in recent years but have not heard of him performing recently.
Hey Leo this show is from 1987 not 1989
It was 1989, Ricardo. The 1987 on the video title is a mistake.
Was that Barry G?
The MC is Baldwin Howe, popular in the 80s for stage shows.

Papa San’s flow and Lyrical Ability influenced a whole Generation. However Tiger is the King of Dancehall. That 1987 Sunsplash Performance is one of the greatest Live Shows I’ve seen. He’s up there with James Brown.
