Good day to you family. What a beautiful sight to see Shadmehr running around the property again. He is as rambunctious as we remember him. Amir the water tank guy need to have a bigger hose to attach. It will take forever to fill the tank with that small hose. Glad to see Milan working on the bathroom, however he needed to plaster the walls before he tiled the floor on his next project. It makes the job less messy.

where I live was a place called Shish Ka Bobs. I came to America from Iran. He and his wife ran this restaurant. It was just a small shop, could seat about 50 people at a time. He served all of his Iranian dishes, no American nothing. They were gracious and sweet people. And their food was to die for!!
He taught me how to make this dish he called Lebanese Bakes Chicken. You could get it with lamb or chicken. Tomato juice, some vegetables served on basmati rice. I bought my feta cheese and saffron from him. I left the area for awhile, and they retired. But I still make several of his dishes yet today. It was their food that I discovered that I was born for flavor!!

Way to go Milad, you have proved me wrong. You are a very hard worker and a good example for your son. Is it just me though that it is dangerous to allow a toddler on the roof especially, if you are going to turn your back on him while pouring water? Just saying. Maybe it is a cultural thing however, I would hate to see this precious boy get hurt because someone was not paying close enough attention. My experience with raising 5 boys has taught me that everything is a wonderment and they do not always have an understanding of their own limitations. They just want to be like the big boys.
