Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris (ソードアート・オンライン アリシゼーション リコリス, Sōdo Āto Onrain Arishizēshon Rikorisu?) is an upcoming Japanese Role Playing Game (JRPG), to be released on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Personal Computers (PC) through Steam. The game is being developed by Aquria and will be published by Bandai Namco. The events of the game are set to take place in Underworld and will follow the events of the Sword Art Online anime.
Sword Art Online: Alicizaion Lycoris will cover the events of the entire Alicization Arc, spanning from Volume 9, to Volume 18. Alicization Lycoris promises to offer a faithful adaptation of the anime]; however the reveal trailer showcases various changes from the main canon events.
By June, 2026, Kirigaya Kazuto (Kirito) was offered a job at a private enterprise, named Rath, by Kikuoka Seijirou, the VR crimes division member who Kazuto had been cooperating with ever since the end of the Sword Art Online incident. The job was to test out a 4th generation experimental FullDive machine, called the Soul Translator (STL), which ran on completely different principles than the FullDive machines before it. His job was seemingly simple: remain in continuous FullDive during the weekend and his memories of the testing would be blocked as a security measure. However, unbeknownst to him, the company was not actually testing the machine itself, but creating a special Bottom-Up type Artificial Intelligence (AI) for military use. For that reason, the company had copied the soul of a newborn baby and made it as a template for creating new AI, which would then be nurtured in a specialised virtual world, called Underworld, where time flows a thousand times faster than in the real world due to Fluctlight Acceleration. As the AIs created by Rath were far too compliant with laws to be used for the military, Rath brought Kazuto into the world with his memories restricted to test why the residents of Underworld were unable to break any laws. He lived in the world for nearly eleven years of accelerated time as a child again, until his influence resulted in one of the residents, a girl named Alice, to break one of the rules of the Taboo Index.
After the conclusion of the experiment, Kazuto returned to the real world with the memories of his time in Underworld blocked. However, while escorting Yuuki Asuna home, he was attacked by Kanamoto Atsushi (Johnny Black), the last member of the Death Gun plot who managed to avoid being caught by the police. During their scuffle, Atsushi managed to inject Kazuto with the last syringe of succinylcholine, causing Kazuto's heart to stop. Although doctors were able to restart his heart, Kazuto's brain suffered major damage due to the lack of oxygen and thus he ended up in a coma. After Kazuto's body was secretly kidnapped by the Japan Self Defense Force (JSDF) and brought to a secret base in the Pacific Ocean, he was connected to one of the Soul Translators to treat his brain damage. Kazuto then woke up in Underworld, though with his memories of the real world still intact.

Any katana build yet ? Been using the katana since I started the game and rn got the carapace bLossom katana, ppl say it’s better than the avarice but idk rn it’s not, I just need to finish the weapons proficiency, also katana needs a buff I’d say

Wow, I never knew that you can actually do RAIDS solo, just with your companions and when I think that I have unlock raids so long time ago.
doing the raid dungeon does the npc characters still earn xp from the raid dungeon and is it a good idea to have other players to help with doing the raid dungeon on Sao al, just curious that’s all ok
I need help so have been using this whip since around the beginning of the game and now I found a whip that’s stronger should I continue to use the whip I have been and just keep upgrading it or should I switch to the new whip?!?!?????

Well, that final red lizard took me almost 15 minutes,because when I took him half of his life, he regenerate all of his life back. In the chest I have found Abberant Armor, which it's much better that what I have used
Time runs out on the last boss ._. Isn´t it possible to chain in the dungeons?

Just wanna tell you guys that copying buildings isnt something you should do always...You should find your own build according to ur playstyle
yo I got one first try that was actually better than what I had on. (I'm doing a dodge build with dual swords) near 40 for both stats *and* had the active ability to boot

So raids on normal can be done as a fresh-ish 50? So then does that mean increasing the difficulty leads to greater rewards/higher tier gear or?
Jay Dee I’ve tested this a couple times but I did not find that rewards were greater on higher levels. Raids are easier than divine beasts in my opinion if you have high enough accuracy. This is key to be able to at least do any sort of damage which will allow a brand new level 50 player mill the fight. As you gradually increase your stats you will notice the fights get easier. I have a part 2 uploading at the moment that may also help so be on the lookout for that.
@@Silverbakk will do! I'm only on chapter 3 but I've grinded to lv50 and have 1000 proficiency with 1h swords...I'm just so eager for end game

how did you get that flame effect? I saw a video with Kirito's swords being covered in black flame/shadows and would like to know how to get things like that
U need to unlock the blacksmith craft shop to get all these effects on weapons, when u unlock the shop u get the kirito dark weapon called Savage squall

VisserOne oh yeah that’s fine, just make sure u do this online on join someone...that’s what I did, u need to beat 7 divine beats and then a yellow one will show up in ur map
VisserOne with a team of level 50s and I was 43 or something it was less than 5 mins
How do you get out of the dungeon after getting the armor? Just run back the way you came in?

have no idea why theres so many small mobs of monsters in raid when you can just ignore them all, i wish there was infinite time to do these dungeons cause i hate losing gear if you don't make it out in time.
what is the drop rate on this armour? I have done this like 60 times and it still hasn't dropped lol
Nice, is there an easy bow/1H-sword for getting ready for high levels bosses as well?
You can craft the three star weapons in centoria with the crafting glitch or run the first dungeon for a decent sword
Thanks, yeah I'm dual-wielding Soul Reaver+5s at the moment both with 44 Dex (cap I think) and both with 2% regen. Only half way through maxing their usage affinity though (not proficiency, I've finished that). That raid sword might be what I'm after for now if it's better than those.

Are you speaking of the Skyrend Sword? Because that's what I'm actually after and I already tried that boss. Felt a bit weak, very poor damage against it (though I haven't tried these sword on it yet). Looking for a good half-way sword.
As for this armour, it looks a bit on the rare side. I had about 6 runs through and just got tranquility coats - which themselves were an upgrade so not so bad I guess. I might go for the "Azurite Armor" from the Spire of Eternity Research today as apparently it's even better, a 50/50 drop rate, less required fighting and also not from the final boss (it's from a mini-boss to the left of it). Nothing against the video, it was very helpful.
@@KingX Did you try to solo it? If so that's probs why. It's the weakest boss of the four but you still need other players who are at least near endgame to beat it.

In my opinion it would be better to get the Arachna Armor in the east I think. the boss is a terrafrog and the lvl is 65 i think
Domo-Kun the arachnid armor is good just like the azurite armor but the arachnid boss frog is not an easy one for beginners.

I solo divine beast dual wielding. Its not just bows but i do feel they are limited by the weapons.
