My mom puts veggies into yakni itself to cook. Alu, carrots, peas, green beans. No need to fry separately imo and the veggies really absorb yakni flavor well. Love my mom

This is the correct method... first Fry all vegetables and add yakni. Without Fry vegetables taste will not come. This is authentic and super vegetables Biryani. None can beat Hyderabadi taste.👍
