    The actual flat looks much smaller than the size mentioned in the video..3 bhk looks like 1200 Sq ft, does 1950 Sq ft include the external public area and the parking area also? Do you provide dedicated parking for each flat, if so wat is the parking area for each flat?? Also the price quoted does it include interiors, tax and registration??

    I’m getting a villament apartment at 1.13CR on 20th floor with amazing amenities and all branded bath fittings in Pune Ravet. Make sure the prices are affordable for people to buy an asset.
