This has to be one of the most emotional gamea I have ever played, and I have played some heavy games. The Last of Us, Dark Souls, and NieR Automata don't even come close to the amount of tears I shed playing this. If you are looking for a game that will really make you feel, this is the one.
This game is direct plagiarism of a flash game called Happy Pill, which I think only had 5 levels. I believe level 3 is original to Germ Killer, but the others are stolen straight from the flash game.
