Her dedication to always doing what right for Brynn- even if at times it went against the legal system is what makes her the BEST mom any child could ask for. Because of so many of moments alone and scared, Bethenny has become an empowered and also an empathetic voice, leading the way for Brynn and so many others. Those Hoppys think BF used JH to have a child. Once it became clear the relationship was bad she finally pulled the plug on the marriage. JH felt duped (he wasn't) and started to punish BF. Plus he knew about the shady legal work he manipulated and was probably nervous it would be found out. JH knew he could not out spend her on lawyers but he could make her day to day life miserable. He felt that what ever the means neccesary he was going to make BF PAY. The Hoppy's joined together to triple team BF and drive her out of the apartment and keep BH away from BF. At this point he hated BF more than he loved BH.I hope that has changed.

I waited 27 years of being married to a mentally and spiritual abuser. I waited until my daughters were out on their own. I knew he would make our lives a living hell if I left when custody was an issue.
I was so lost and confused by the time I served him with divorce papers that I just gave him everything. I just wanted out. I needed out for my sanity.
It’s been 14 years since the divorce and I can honestly say I’m finally feeling free of him.
I know you’re helping someone today Bethany.
And for what it’s worth, I saw you. I saw you suffering. Every time you were on your show or housewives, I could physically see you were not doing well.

Horrible. It shows a genuine lack of care or concern. Zero empathy.
My ex fiancé left his father “on ice” in the morgue for over a month because he wasn’t sure if he was going to get his inheritance. he had the money to do a proper service, but he didn’t.
The extended family had to step in because he didn’t want to pay for his funeral. Soon after, I loved witnessing karma when he found out he didn’t get a cent and was expecting millions.
Also, I knew then, that if he would do that to his own father, he would do that to me - he was already treating me poorly and I was beaten down mentally. This was the kick for me to finally leave once and for all.

He bombed me and I didn’t notice and a few years later everything I did was wrong, and he almost brainwashed me into thinking that. I started a business securities, education and licensing as in series 65 and series 7. My background is in financial planning and wealth management and he told me I would never be able to do it. I finished my MBA and my business is going. We just initiated divorce and it’s been a nightmare.

It was all control, and it’s sickening. At some point parents you do have to do what’s best and document. When I finally stopped following certain rules and put my foot down and showed I wasn’t scared the “game” changed!! Negotiating less money, negotiating a better child schedule plan, etc., if your doing that and they aren’t budging, then it’s a game to them! You can be a normal person like myself, but the control to them is greater than their love for the child! Show no emotion because if they know you want something or certain day or something planned, they will withhold your child….they don’t go by an rules but expect you too!

Sadly It can be triggering for the rest of your life out of the blue.
