ViperFX not for gaming; the latency isnt as good compared to the rtx 2080 ti. in raw power it is better but not for gaming; the latency is ok for graphics intensive designing.
Runs at 60fps on my RTX 2070 (edit: 2070Super) MC runs at 55/60 average with 50 when there is a damm ton of lightning effect going on. And on my RTX2070 Max-Q laptop it runs at 40/45 low. Average: 43/50 and 60 depends on the area im in. (All on 1080p)

Wrongly. Rtx is a raytracing accelerator unit, not the full story. Animated films have always been fully raytraced, and Minecraft shader packs that use raytracing without rtx also exists (on Java edition so someone would actually use it). Not that this isn't cool, of course

When it gets to a certain level of computing power, the graphics card is only part of it. The CPU is also a major component. You could have a top of the line graphics card and a below average CPU(or vice-versa) and it wouldn't run nearly as well as if you had a well-balanced CPU to graphics card comparison.
