I love decluttering. But no, you should not just get rid of everything you haven't worn in 2 years. There are exceptions. For example, I got rid of a beautiful Emmanuel Ungaro formal dress based on bad advice like this. I got rid of it because it didn't suit my lifestyle at the time and, at the time, I had gained weight and it did not fit. Well, guess what, several years later I lost the weight and have kept it off ever since. I would've loved to wear that dress last year, but I could not because, it's gone. What a mistake. I still have not found it second hand and even if I did, I'd have to pay more for it than I originally paid for it! Lesson: If something is really good quality, and you're relatively young, you may want to hang onto it.
Definitely agree! I saved a short, tweed, Chane-like jacket for the last 9 years when I thought it was too small for me. It fits me now and it is very much and on trend!

You look great. I’m 66 & did fillers a few times but decided not to do them anymore. I do Botox but that’s it. When you use fillers, they can change your face. You don’t need ❤

Sending prayers for you. My closet is getting a fresh coat of paint so it's completely empty right now. During my first purge, I tried to pay attention to items I wasn't wearing and why. I have consciously decided to eliminate anything made with acrylic and will reduce other synthetic materials where I can in areas where it makes the most sense. For example, I need workout gear, and items that travel well which means some polyester and spandex will remain but sweaters in synthetic materials, especially acrylic, will go. I'll get as much wear as possible from current fast fashion items I own, but have decided to stop purchasing them overall. Love some of the jeans, you've shown and will likely order. I feel for you with your divorce mine has been going on for 5 1/2 years. Our court trial is Feb 2024 trial which is such a huge waste of money… we have been together for 41 years. The stress is real… your so blessed you have your channel. I have my business still.. which is an outlet for me too.. if you can settle do it .. I have given my ex so many offers to settle and he won’t settle… your a beautiful smart women… you will be OK!!! It just doesn’t feel that way right now…. I love your tip re getting rid of uncomfortable shoes, which is particularly hard if you love the style. I have a pair of black summer heeled sandals. They have about a 3" heel, and for some reason I keep falling off of them. I fell off of them at my bf's father's funeral abd everyone saw me and laughed. That's really the last straw. It was such a Lucy moment. 😂 They must have a broken heel and actually are dangerous. Thanks, gone. I love you, be the authentic goddess that you are. I live in the Dallas area too and I don’t understand how you wear so many jackets when it’s hot several months out of the year. I love all your looks but I get too hot during the warm weather months. What am I missing? Maybe it’s bc I’m in menopause. 😅
I do need to get rid of items that don't fit. Certain items fit or should I say, I can get these items 'on', but truly they aren't comfortable. Stuff I am guilty of, but won't get rid of .. my Hawaii vacation clothes .. sure I haven't been to the island for a few years, but .. I can't part with those items .. lol And YES .. please do a filler video. I've had filler in my "11's" but would love filler to correct my vertical lip lines but terrified of over puffed up lips.
Oh Heather, i am so sorry about your marriage. I know that this is the last thing you wanted to do. But God knows all about it and he has you in the palm of his hand. Nothing you are going through; he hasn't been through with you. I will pray for this settlement date and that you won't have to go to court. I know that there is someone else out there for you. You deserve to be happy and there is a man who will cherish you the way you want to be cherished and loved. I just know that he is there waiting to meet you or waiting for the perfect timing. I live in the Dallas area too and I don’t understand how you wear so many jackets when it’s hot several months out of the year. I love all your looks but I get too hot during the warm weather months. What am I missing? Maybe it’s bc I’m in menopause. 😅

I do need to get rid of items that don't fit. Certain items fit or should I say, I can get these items 'on', but truly they aren't comfortable. Stuff I am guilty of, but won't get rid of .. my Hawaii vacation clothes .. sure I haven't been to the island for a few years, but .. I can't part with those items .. lol
And YES .. please do a filler video. I've had filler in my "11's" but would love filler to correct my vertical lip lines but terrified of over puffed up lips.

Oh Heather, i am so sorry about your marriage. I know that this is the last thing you wanted to do. But God knows all about it and he has you in the palm of his hand. Nothing you are going through; he hasn't been through with you. I will pray for this settlement date and that you won't have to go to court. I know that there is someone else out there for you. You deserve to be happy and there is a man who will cherish you the way you want to be cherished and loved. I just know that he is there waiting to meet you or waiting for the perfect timing. I have been oohing and aahing your jackets. They are so unusual and have that perfectness. Some little design that draws your eye to it. I think your advice is right on. Most of these tips make so much sense. I want to stop buying a lot of things and just buy the most quality pieces I can find that I will wear and want as an investment piece. A camel coat is something I have wanted for a long time. I had one as a child and I loved it.

I know ladies in Dallas wear real fur. I’d love to see you in a real, full length mink. And don’t give me that anti-animal stuff, if you wear leather then you should be ok to wear fur.Also, I’d love to see some of these black tops and jackets with taupe or camel trousers instead of jeans.
