I know I’m not who you were asking but personally I take them every morning! Much easier to make it an every day habit, I find i notice it helping even on my “normal” days!
Idk if you’ll read this being it’s one year later, but in another PMDD video I was watching, the doctor said to take vitamin d3 with your calcium to prevent hardening of the bones.
I would speed this up to 2x , otherwise it’s way too slow but the information is great!
