Is it possible to log AFR witout log box and autotune by just using a lamda sensor,in order to see where the AFR is off and optimize the map in real conditions on the street??

No this is not possible, you need the Log Box to record Engine Data and AFR from a zeitronix wideband. This data is then used for the autotune process. Without any of these components you can not complete the AutoTune.
