Hello Stefan! Contact us and we will help you find the perfect machine for your small shop. We even have very compact machines! www.ibarmia.com/en/contact/
Very nice machine, but the spindle position design seems to be wrong. It can collide in deep works.Spindle carrier corner appears when b axis rotates 20 to 35 degrees. It is almost in line with the holder and when we look at this corner from the side, it looks very close to the spindle center. There are two solutions to overcome this situation. first the user will use long holders. This may vibrate the cutting tool or the holder.Secondly, the company that made the machine can fix this by making the spindle a little longer or pulling the b-axis rotation center back. But this shortens the z-axis movement distance. :)
okay brass tacks here gentlemen, i know it's going to vary HUGELY with customer specifications, but any chance you would post at least a price range here, from the smallest machine of this series to the biggest one with all the bells and whistles? i suspect these things start at half a million plus, but i really dont have any idea.
Yes, sure! You can disable the C axis in an easy way from the user parameters letting it hydraulically blocked to avoid any unexpected movement. At this time, the C axis will not exist any more for the machine so you could not move it even pushing the buttons in the handwheel or in the control panel itself. Once you need it back, you should just need to activate it again in the user parameters and the C axis will be ready to use it again.
It would be very usefull to know what characteristics you need in your machines. Please contact us at ibarmia@ibarmia.com and we will happy to help you!
Does flat surfaces where linear guides are mounted are grinded and scrapped?
Lovely features, would love to have that in my small shop..

4:12 can you lock the C axis so i can not accidentally move it while a part is fixed to both parts of the table and damaging something?
