The “Falcon Wings Splitter” is a mobile layer picker primarily used to split stacks of products into multiple layers and place them on empty pallets.
The load is secured by extendable blades that fit between the pallet and the product. This solution is also capable of pallet changing and is available in the mobile version.

This layer picker machine can both exchange pallets and perform layer picking by safely applying lateral pressure to the load. This solution is equipped with two extendable blades that are inserted between the product and the pallet during lifting to enable its safe lifting.
