- Brook Park, Ohio -- An officer with the BPPD stopped a vehicle after it was traveling at a high rate of speed. The officer notes that the vehicle took some time to pulled over. The man became extremely irate during the traffic stop and argued continuously with the officer while insulting him.
The man was charged with the following:
- Speeding (72/50)
- Right of way to an emergency vehicle
He had the right of way charge dismissed, was found guilty of the other offense and had to pay $190. He also got two points on his license.

As an LEO of 33 years, when I come across someone like this, I do not engage in an argument or merits of the citation. I simply tell them why they were stopped, give them their options to mail in payment or appear in court. I do not answer questions. I have, literally, left violators talking to themselves.
He was obviously belligerent and unnecessarily so but having said that I would want to see the video to confirm whether traffic was going 70+ and whether cars were obstructing his ability to pull over. If traffic is going over the limit then going the limit is begging for an accident. I know this from driving through Chicago where they were going 15 over maximum and I was scared shitless to go less than that in congested traffic, would've caused a car pileup at high speed.
That pisses them off even more. Especially because he forgot his camera/phone so he could record himself being courageous.
@@marksmith4892 so that makes it ok 'if' other drivers are going over the limit? If there is looting going on at a shopping center does that make participating in illegal activity OK? I find it truly mind-boggling to even consider that the guy out there on the side of the road, creating victims left and right, is somehow seen as the "good guy." That's nothing more than indoctrination and propaganda clouding your judgment. Just because there are so-called "laws" in place doesn't automatically make those "laws" morally right. Let's face it, this cop is engaging in an immoral job, while the man he's victimizing probably has bills to pay, rent to cover, and mouths to feed. When you strip away a significant portion of someone's hard-earned money for a crime that could be completely forgotten if they just cough up a sum of cash, you're essentially acting as a criminal and inflicting harm upon them. Aren't the police supposed to be there to help people? Well, this cop's actions are nothing short of immoral. And don't you dare use the tired excuse of "he's just doing his job." Remember, the cop who arrested Rosa Parks was also "just doing his job." We aren't born with assigned jobs; he's actively making a choice to hurt people in exchange for a paycheck. It's utterly astonishing that you would consider the guy exercising his right to free speech, which the poor officer would never have to hear if he weren't out there hurting people on the side of the road, as the bad guy. Not the guy making his life harder, the one who voiced his justified displeasure in a way that may not suit your tastes, that's the real bad guy.... Gimmie a Break.

Weener
Officer you are a prime example of classy. Thank you for your service. Hope you have a great day.
This is a prime example of an idiot that would put in a complaint about the officer and cause all kinds of stupid shit for him.
Let me be clear: this cop's job duties make him morally reprehensible. I get it, the guy expressed his anger in a way that rubs people the wrong way. But let's not forget the bigger picture here. Creating a victim where there shouldn't be one is despicable. Imagine having your hard-earned money extorted from you for a so-called crime that could be forgotten if you just pay up... or else! And let's not underestimate the "or else" - it's a genuine threat of force and violence. This guy probably has bills to pay, mouths to feed, and children to take care of. The actions of the cop have real, tangible consequences for this angry man. I won't justify the cop's actions simply because "it's his job." Remember, the cop who arrested Rosa Parks was also just doing his job. If you bother to Google "Rosa Parks," what do you see? A man fingerprinting her, treating her like a criminal for the "crime" of merely existing in a society with unjust and immoral laws. It's time to wake up, and I mean it.
@@McCucumber Imagine crashing into a car going 55 and you are doing 75 and kill the kids of that family.
@@McCucumberSo speed regulations on public roadways are immoral? 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤡
@@McCucumber nailed it!
That driver is a piece of work. He's lucky that cop was recording. The professionalism of that cop was amazing.
No one should be spoken too like that just for doing your job. This child in a mans body takes no responsibility for his actions.
What a freaking ray of sunshine this guy is.
I feel sorry for anyone who has to be around that miserable waste of skin.
I agree. I'm not a fan of road pirates.
@@David_88 👺
@@David_88 I am a big fan of LE Officer doing theory job to protect us from idiots that violate driving laws that cause harm to others.
@@David_88 I'm glad we have police to protect us from road pirates, or as they used to be called, highwaymen. I can't tell you the last time a stagecoach got robbed.
And how would you feel if you were called a "Waste Of Skin"?
They need a law to curb this kind of verbal abuse of an officer. It’s over the top.
Cops should be able to arrest these jerks for language like that!!
No. They should not be able to we need that freedom when it is needed this guy was just a dick though
The cops are nazi Germany assholes sometimes
Much respect to the cop who had to endure that verbal abuse
Lets not exaggerate. I've handle as much for a lot less. A whole lot less.
What a great Policeman !!
@@krane15 It's not exaggeration. It _was_ verbal abuse. What else could you possibly call it? And just because you claim you've handled something similar, why does that mean we can't commend this cop? You sound envious or something.
@@Falcon-um7vo It might seem exceptional from your perspective, but its nothing extraordinary from mine. I see people in service jobs take the same type of abuse for a lot less money, job security, and with zero powers.
Nevertheless, if you feel compelled to compliment him for doing the job he gets paid to do, I certainly am no one to stop you.
@@krane15get over yourself 🤣
I don't know how these cops can handle this type of verbal abuse and not get angry. Patience is a virtue, but dang!
It’s called a bodycam lol, if you acted this way in the 90s cops would just kick your ass and throw you in jail
They’re SO used to it. Seriously. They don’t even hear it after they are on the job for more than a few months. You see it this one time on video, but they hear it hundreds of times per week.
This guy is a bit extreme, however.
When my husband heard this garbage, he would just let them talk their way into the ticket and more offenses on the citation, many times. 😂
Before the bodycam, this guy would be TOAST
You get used to it and it honestly just becomes funny
Abuse?? Lmao
Remaining so calm with these exchanges is a skill. Well done officer lol.
I am a jail employee. My jail is filled with people just like this guy. I am treated like this every day 5 days a week. Jails and prisons are filled with disrespectful, emotionally disturbed people just like this guy. I laugh at public school teachers who believe they have it so bad. At least they get summers off, Christmas off and a spring break. Bad students get expelled, bad inmates go nowhere.
I was a school teacher for 15 years. Too many of my students had parents like this and I suspect some students had a parent behind bars. The socialtal decline is heartbreaking especially when you see it happening so early.
Many schools have gotten rid of suspension and expulsion lol
@ivangamez9773 that's because the schools are getting paid per student.
Office workers too lmao. They moan over writing stuff on Excel.
Meanwhile correctional officers get splashed with piss at random times.
This hurts to watch, no one should be treated like that.

The public seems ti have gotten so much more rude, uneducated and entitled. This is a perfect specimen of everything you never want to be. Welcome to Joe Bidens America!
What an absolutely vile man .Kudos to the police officer … who was well mannered and polite .
this officer should get a raise in pay for putting up with this driver
When I see videos like this, I often wonder if the people see themselves and cringe in shame or they feel fully justified and happy that it's out there.
Most likely not. I follow another channel and they have had one girl on 3 times now and she is only 19. Dui each time. It’s ridiculous how they act like it’s not their fault. She also threw a fit each time. And bc of the it’s she was saying the cops were scared to touch her and get in trouble
And then I read comments like yours and I. ask MYSELF. Did this guy even THINK about what he wrote, BEFORE he posted it?
@@realemonful Not sure what you're getting at, unless you're the guy in the video.
They won't bat an eyelid. They see themselves as the victim at all times, and cannot even conceive of the idea that they may be a POS who everyone dislikes.

I hope every family member, friend, neighbor, coworker and especially any clients this guy may know ALL see this video and act accordingly.
I hope everyone who knows this animal shares this video with everyone on social media and shames him forever. Absolutely vile.

Yup. Also, to that end, I really think the uploader needs to put the full names of suspects in the video description, that way this video pops up when people google their name.
If he worked for me he would receive his walking papers.
Especially his boss who *pays his salary*
That officer did a great job handling the person. I applaud him. Keep up the good work.
Its his job....he did his job
Let me make this abundantly clear: the actions of this cop are morally reprehensible. No excuses. Sure, the guy might have expressed his anger in a way that doesn't sit well with some people, but that's not the real issue here. What's far worse is the fact that this cop is creating a victim where there shouldn't be one, all for the sake of extorting hard-earned money under the pretense of a serious crime that could magically disappear if you just pay up... or else! And I don't need to remind you, that "or else" is a genuine threat of force and violence. This cop probably has no clue about the struggles of everyday life - the rent to pay, the food to put on the table, the children to care for. The consequences of the cop's actions have a direct impact on this infuriated individual. I won't even entertain the idea of justifying the cop's behavior simply because "it's his job." Remember, the cop who arrested Rosa Parks also used that same excuse. Take a moment to do a quick Google search on "Rosa Parks," and what do you see? A man coldly fingerprinting her, treating her like a criminal for the "crime" of merely existing in a society with unjust and immoral laws, all in exchange for a paycheck. It's time to wake up, and I mean it.
@McCucumber this is pure insanity.
Gotta disagree with you there buddy, he would have handled it better if he had pulled him from the car, put him over his knee and spanked his ass like the child he is !
@@McCucumber yes, giving an angry white guy a ticket for speeding 20+ over the limit is exactly the same as arresting Rosa Parks for sitting in the wrong place on a bus. It's all about racism.
Much kudos to the cop for remaining calm and professional. He proved himself to not be a "piece of shit".
Cops suck
Well he is one.
I salute officer's patience to deal with these kind of specimen. This guy is definitely gonna meet his match someday.
Pro tip: If you ever want to needlessly escalate a situation with a cop, tell them “I pay your salary. You work for me”. Extremely effective.
& if that doesn't work, go with his final "you're a piece of shit!"
It's true though.
@@povertyspec9651 It’s true in a very general way. When people say this on a traffic stop, they’ll say it with an “I’m your boss” attitude. Cops hear it too often and it doesn’t help you in any way to say it.
@photostudio5861 Ppl can be dumb when they throw that line around. Yeah, our taxes go to fund our PD & FD... but we aren't directly responsible for their salary or pay raises.
As a bus driver, I got that all the time.
My standard answer,
"Stop being such a cheap ass bitch and give us a raise. Maybe the service will improve."
