    1. Selecting 5 Members from 10 Employees (Order Doesn't Matter):
We are choosing members without assigning roles, so we use combinations.
The number of ways to choose 5 members out of 10 is calculated as:
    (10 C 5) = 10! / (5!(10-5)!)
    This simplifies to:
    (10 C 5) = 252
Therefore, there are 252 ways to select 5 members from 10 employees.
    2. Selecting 5 Members and Assigning Roles to Chairperson and Secretary (Order Matters for These Two):
First, we choose 5 members out of 10, which can be done in:
(10 C 5)= 252 ways Next, we assign the roles of Chairperson and Secretary to these 5 members. There are 5 choices for the Chairperson and 4
remaining choices for the Secretary, resulting in:
    5*4 = 2 ways
Therefore, the total number of ways to select 5 members and assign the roles is:
    252*20 = 5040
So, there are 5040 ways to select 5 members from 10 employees and assign the roles of Chairperson and Secretary.
