I just bought an older 4 stick swing pedal John Deere and am trying to learn how to use it. Experienced folks make operating one look easy. Videos like this are a great guide for a beginner like me. Thanks for taking the time to make this video.

I need to do a video on mine, I have an older 590 3 stick, very few videos on them, this one is great...my 590 isn't extendable however, it just has the long boom.

I recently bought a Case 580 Super D with 3-stick and foot swing. I’m teaching myself to get coordinated with it. My question is do you use your left hand on the bucket and dipper levers and your right hand on the boom? Or do you run the dipper and boom with your right? Thanks.

@@OilHist Great question. I would personally run it the first way you mentioned...left bucket dipper and right boom. Its all preference. I have a buddy that crosses his hands and runs it like that all the time!

Wish I knew where the lever was to swing the seat around. Every single step matters. Why are there three pedals? Idk. I need every single thing explained so I can operate one at my house without spending an hour trying to figure it out. I do appreciate what you did go over though.
The seat levers very on each piece of equipment, just look under seat should be too hard to find. I did go over what the pedals do but will try to explain it in more detail in a future video. Thank you for taking the time to check out our videos.
