I just finished a 90 day daily work out- changed my life and my body. Give yourself lots of grace and know that small slips here and there do not negate all the hard work you are doing. Good luck!
You're doing great 👍 I love repetitive stuff, I have been doing Ashtanga same series, same moves for 8 freakin years. But who can now do almost full lateral splits now and a headstand for a couple of seconds? Me ! Repetition works - after all, running is repetitive too.
Nice work! I too am doing a daily workout challenge right now, motivated by Lent. For me, it’s hard to slack off when God is involved. 😊. So for the duration of Lent, I’m giving up booze, fried food, sweets, and pasta/bread. I’m also committed to drinking a gallon of water per day and getting in 5 miles of devoted cardio, including running one mile and doing one mile outside (versus the treadmill) for the fresh air and Vitamin D. I’m also committed to 40 push-ups a day. Some additional weight training and balance work is also blended in, but not required daily like the rest. This is designed to help me shape up for another busy hiking/backpacking season. 🥾 I look forward to following your progress ♥️
@@MrsSpaceCadet honestly. I was overwhelmed by it all after 4 days and had to scale back on the exercise and restrictions. It feels shitty to give up, especially during Lent, but it was too much to maintain with my current schedule and responsibilities
You’re doing great and bodyweight upper body training absolutely does build muscle. Pushups, pull-ups, planks etc….You can do weights also I’m sure; just keep good form and don’t go too heavy too fast. Honestly doing bodyweight cardio like you did after a leg day is good for the legs. Unless you are unbelievably sore from weight training, some squat jumps, lunges etc are great for developing power and will help with running. You are doing amazing! Keep going!
Way to go for sticking to it! But also...no one is going to talk about the horse drawn carriage casually pulling into the grocery store on a drizzly day? I need more information.
Great question! Same thing I did when I got bored with running...focus on the benefits of how it makes me feel and use that as motivation to workout on days I don't want to. If I come up with other tips, I'll be sure to share!
because I had to use my phone to film so instead of weighing the leggings down with the phone in my pocket, I put a geode in there because it was a similar weight as the phone
You can totally do weights. That kind of arm workout that burns doesn’t really build muscle. Try weights you can do it. Progressive overload! Was that CG cardio you were working out to she’s tough.

That's so good to hear! Go you!

That’s so cool!!
Erin, you are doing great work and you look more toned.....KEEP IT UP!!! 👍👍
You’re NOT boring!!!!!
Your doing great. I’m living through you as I have had a hand/wrist injury and my mind state sucks as I can’t do anything.
Could you do lower body and core? I know how hard that injury mindset can be! Sending healing vibes to you, hope your injury gets better quickly ☺️
Hope you heal up quick!!
You are inspiring me! Good job!
Awesome! Thank you!
You’re doing a great job! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

amish country lmao
haha yeah there's a lot of amish people around here!
💖💪 Epic work, keep it up 💪💖
Thanks 🔥
Your legs look amazing in the Reebok leggings!! 🤯
You can absolutely do weights, which will help build muscle. The workouts with weights will be different than body weight workout.
Honest question, if it's boring, what will you do to continue. I'm in the same boredom boat

Classic
why did you put a geode in your pocket?
