New York City Police (NYPD) Psychological Disqualification

I was put on hold for the psych department.....i passed everything. I gave them all the information they asked me to send them. is being put on hold the same thing as being Disqualified? what should I do? this is for the SSA.

What should I do if I never receive a response. Send multiple emails also no response , was just told application was discontinued
