Fermented Tiny Shrimp Recipe - របៀបធ្វើផ្អកកំពឹស

Fermented Tiny Shrimp is very popular food in Cambodia. It is best to serve with left over rice and with varieties of vegetables.
Ingredients:
2lbs [1Kg] Tiny Shrimp
5Tbsp [80g] Salt
½cup [100g] Uncooked Rice
3.5oz [100g] Galangal
3.5oz [100g] Ginger
4.5oz [130g] Palm sugar
1tsp MSG
(Mono Sodium Glutamate)
