    ទឹកត្រី កន្លះលីត្រ [៥០០មីលីលីត្រ]
    ស្ករ ៣៥០ ក្រាម
    អំបិល ១ចឹប
    ស្រាស ៥ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
    រំដេង ១ដុំ + ខ្ញី ១ដុំ + ម្ទេស + ខ្ទឹមស ១០កំពឹស
    Sweet Sour Fermented Shrimp
    Shrimp 1kg + Alcohol 500 ml
    * High alcohol percentage
    Fish sauce 500g
    Sugar 350 g
    Pinch of Salt
    Alcohol 5tbsp
    Galangal 1thumb-size + Ginger 1thumb-size
    Chili [as you prefer] + Garlic 10 cloves

      Hi Bong~ The shell is softer after well fermented. But I recommend removing the shell before serving ^^
