நண்பரே இந்த வயரிங் சரியானதுதான் இதில் உள்ள ஸ்டார்ட் பட்டனில் மொத்தம் நன்கு terminals இருக்கும். 1.முதல் இரண்டு terminals contactor coil wiring connection for initial start (அதாவது 3 seconds மட்டுமே)
2. அடுத்த இரண்டு terminals starting capacitor wiring connection
அதனால் ஸ்டார்ட் பட்டன் அழுத்தும் பொழுது மட்டுமே starting capacitor in on condition (அதாவது 3 seconds மட்டுமே) உங்கள் சந்தேகத்துக்கு விரைவில் ஒரு வீடியோ பத்தி செய்கிறோம் மிக்க நன்றி
Single phase motor க்கு mcb, magnetic contactor, over load relay உடன் over head tank float switch ஐ எப்படி connect செய்வது என்று ஒரு வீடியோ போட முடியுமா? Over head tank இல் float switch பயன்படுத்தும்போது shock அடிக்க வாய்ப்பு உள்ளதா?

அண்ணா 7.5மோட்டர் 30ஆம்ஸ் காட்டுது சிறிது நேரத்தில் கட் ஆகிவிடுகிறது தயவு செய்து பதில் தரவும்
check list :
1. Ensure ammeter is good condition
2. Ensure over load relay is functioning
3. Need to check motor current in clamp meter and conform motor current is actual or not
4. If clamp meter and ammeter showing currents are equal must check motor winding and pump

Earlier some one has commented that you have connected both staring capacitor and running capacitor in the same running line. He is correct. Please accept your mistake. I don't know how so many peoples have understood this. You should have explained terminal arrangement of starter to avoid such confusion. However remaining all well explained.
