I would recommend buying Proviso even if you have exactly 45 yellow certificates. Saying that she is good - small assumption. She is in fact the most broken base operator in the game. No other operator can provide such insane boost by themselves. In 252!!!, she is even more broken, since as was said in video she will upgrade only 2/3 gold order, 4 gold orders won't appear in lvl2 trading posts, therefore she allows downgrading trading post, while upgrading one of the factories. A neat fact I’ve noticed is that Proviso increases the order size by 1, but the order time does not increase. Eg proviso upgrades order from 2 to 3, but finishes in the same time as a natural 2 order, faster than a natural 3 order. This is different from similar operator bonuses like Bibeak, where the increase is accounted for in the timer. This means Proviso uses drones very efficiently! Proviso + Midnight + Hoederer with Walter Amiya Eterna in the CC and Ines Cantabile on clues is the the foundation of my base. I actually find myself using drones for more gold bc proviso is too efficient.
For anyone who is going to dive into IS5 when it comes out, Tin Man is the free 5 star we'll get and he is a great unit to build for that mode. Just something to keep in mind in case you're wondering who else you'll want to use your free promotion voucher on.

Both are the highest tp% (otherthan kirara combo that need 4 gold factory). If u use 243 however thats a little complicated since proviso not gonna work as often than in 252 with level 2 tp, so putting her with tequila can work to boost the order that proviso failed on to boost (not recommended to use over separating them tho especially in 252)

Base Units is one of those thing you kinda go "Oh, not worth it because it takes so long for them to pay it all back" But then half a year later, you're still playing the game and those units that you avoid raising would have enough generated enough extra LMD and EXP to pay for themselves and an extra E2 6* already. Proviso is one of those units that I E2 the moment I got her and the next one will be Shamare from the selector. In a game where you are always starved of resources unless you ignore 95% of the roster like AK, it's the little things that really adds up.
neat combo for lvl 3 TP proviso Glasgow combo : E2 needed is 2 5* is free operator from clearing story chapter (morgan in tp and delphine in cc), needed siege tho, for new player might need to spark her in kernel, net you 95% productivity bonus Gnosis team, : 85%. need SA and Gnosis to E2 mix of vigil and underflow :80% but need two 6* E2 (ulpianus at CC and vigil) and one 5* e2 (underflow) + level 3 RR so that vigil skill is maxed alos vigil or underflow is good for lvl2 TP proviso, easiest raw % compared to mr nothing setup

You may find some useful information with some mathematically proven things about base setup (and why 2 power plant-5 factory-2 trading posts is better), and also why Proviso should be your waifu
Thanks for explaining how she works. Now I know I really don't want to build her: my Trading Posts are always empty, I lack gold ores more. I constantly dump my drones into speeding up gold ores or trading post offers, and I lack both Exp and lmd equally. I can E2 my operators only when new event shops with 500-600k lmd in them drop, so feels like I'd still have to count only for those even if I spent the valuable resources on Proviso's E2.
I did this exact thing, bought her for 45 and used my ticket on her. I downgraded a TP which let me upgrade a factory and that TP does insane value and then doubles my drone value. Really nice! I use Fiametta to refresh her so she's on duty 24/7. I pair her with Exusiai when I can since her 35% is the best single bonus.

I have an e2 Tuye and if I put Pozemka and Kirara e2 in one TP and Tuye/Proviso in the other I can get the Tuye TP up to 107% boost. Thats a lvl 2 trading post, with 107% alone, that only trades in boosted Proviso orders. I have not done the LMD supply stage a single time for the past year
I started playing in January 2023 and E2 proviso in the same year when she was introduced along Mlynar, with the only intention to use her skill base (she is still at E2 lvl1). She's in a lvl2 trading post eating all my gold bars. As a new player, this was a major investment because new player's resources are very limited. My friends laughed at me and told me it was stupid. I have never regretted it, not even for a day and now that I am a more experienced player, I see that I made a good investment.
So, I built her originally because I just needed another slower and have many honse-country ops to benefit from mlynar mechanics (and technically gravel with mod). I've been throwing her into the base because she's good but I didn't realize how good until this video, I thought I was just using another random operator that I happened to have built. On that note, she's actually a decent slow supporter all things considered? S1 is extremely consistent and S2 has a pretty great on-demand silence not reliant on lappy.
I don't take no for an answer when it comes to Proviso. After I've tasted her combo in base, there's no turning back. The LMD production is, for the lack of a better word, obscene.
Id say the operator that gives 250 extra gold extra when theres 4 gold bars traded is also good, since u get more out of your trades, even if it goes a lil slower
If it's a level 2 TP then Mr Nothing with the full World Plight team or Tuye with Pozy and the other Durins If it's a level 3 TP then Morgan + Siege or Jaye + SilverAsh with Gnosis in CC

Personally id say shamare mixed with tequila and another higher yield operator or another morale increase operator is prob the best setup

Vigil has the same speed as Chen. Ines is slightly better than those 2 and Caper is the best clue worker when you're doing an exchange.
