Dear Mr Haseeb. Another wonderful video explaining Thermistors and how they are read by the MCU. I throughly enjoyed this and all your videos. You do such an amazing service to all your viewers, I can't thank you enough. Sometime in the future if you are so inclinded, I would love you to delve into Hall effect sensors similar to flow controls, speed controls etc. and how they are read by the MCU and the circuitly involved. Many Many thanks again, all the best to you great teacher!!!!!
Many many thanks! for your valuable words, it is really a great asset for me. sure i will try my best to explain hall effect sensors and their function in feedback circuits
Thank you for your effort to lecture us and also do a tutorial on wet and humidity temperature sensor how it works and also how to calculate the value and tolerance for temperature coefficient resistors and what ppm/°c mean
like #99👍 Walaikum’Asalaam brother. Masha’Allah very nice video very informative and helpful. very well explaining perfect work Masha’Allah . keep up the good work well done 👍😍
1 year ago, I had to dig for this information from internet, I had AC board with 3 sensors, 1 room temp. sensor, 2 pipe sensor and 3 outside sensor, the 1st 2 sensors found in all ACs, but the 3rd one ( outside) is optional I guess, I'm not sure why it used for, maybe to sense the compressor temp. for protection. thank you for the detailed information.
Hi, thank for your content, i want to know more about whole process of how working mini split units, mostly the new one inverter, so if you can make the videos of whole parts and how it is works, and when error occurs how to check step by step, will be more than helpful for us. Regards from Bosnia brother
best regards do you need fuse circuit for this board you can also check the similar video (video number 406 on my channel) that is specially for input side
Great teacher of electronics. Please which of the sensors is resposible for cycling on and off compressor based on the room temperature? Also what is the role of coil sensor in air conditioner?
Hello, It's was nice to find your channel. watched numbers of videos in last few hours. I liked the way you explain as most viewers do. I am not an electronic professional but have keen interest to know about and it looks you make people keep listening till end of your videos. here I would like to take the opportunity to ask, I have 20 years old 2 sets of split AC 12k BTU each of 'Airtemp' brand, non inverter, there is only one indoor PCB/power board, no outdoor pcb. problem arose about 2/3 years back, after starts compresor relay cutoff just after 30 minutes with an blinking code E5 in the display. this is not what now a days split ac has in common E5/E6 refer to room/coil sensor, this system is set to E1 for room sensor, E2 for coil sensor and E3 for both of them taken out or not functioning. but E5 code only displayed when compressor power relay is cut off while indoor blower and swing are working ok and to make it work againg temp has to change or make a new start. both of the AC have same problem. thank you in advance for giving it a thaught -Take care.
Nice job. Very informative. My question is what is the proper maintenace of sensor during AC cleaning? My AC power saver mode is not efficient even @25C setting the compressor continously run. What can i do?
Greetings my friend, Can you try making a sin, triangle and square wave Function/Waveform Generator from maybe comparators or a PWM ic with adjustment of duty cycle from 1% to 99% and frequency from 1hz to 25 Mhz or so. Thanks in advance!
I have used hundai 1 ton split AC, unfortunately my AC reading room temperature is very low , (that's mean actual room temperature is 28°c but it's seans 7° c . ) I have replace tha both room & coil sensor but the problem is repeated again 7or 5 °c compressor is not turn on . What is the solution ???
How to test inverter refrigerator defrost side test.we can manual timer test but electronic type pcb we cant test tell me how to test this side manually test defrost circle.
one is for room air temperature to main the temperature in the room second one is cooling sensor or pipe temperature sensor. it senses the cooling, that either the compressor is started or not
Please what's the role of room temperature sensor? My ac compressor only cycles on and off when temperature is set at 25 -30 degree Celsius but if the temperature is set between 18-24 degree Celsius, compressor continues to run even when the set temperature is reached . I want to know the sensor that's malfunctioning. @RajonRabidash so what's the role of room temperature sensor? Can I bypass a thermistor?
NO. it will incraese surge current and may cause to damage bridge rectifier
and early failure of the bulk capacitor
My room ambient temperature is 30° but ac shows 23 what's the reasons can be?

Chiller ntc thermistor tempreture going up resistance coming down but voltage also going down why.
yes dear
when the resistance will decrease, according to ohm's law the voltage drop will directly decrease. because V=IR
