OMG, the chemistry Craig and GP had was just insanely funny and pure comedy gold. No late night show since is even close to this level of entertainment.
I freaking loved this man. I wish he was still doing late night. If he should come back, he has a legion of fans who are waiting. All hail King Ferguson! 👑
I really hope history looks back fondly on him. He was truly unique and you could always tell the respect he commanded by the recurring guests he booked.
Sucks that he won’t because he wasn’t on NBC or ABC. Started watching him just before he went off the air. Was also on super late. Still can’t get over how awesome this show was. It’s unfortunate that the show didn’t/won’t get the recognition it deserved.
Craig was/is THE best among all the competitors. Not forcing anything, going with the flow confidently having fun, knowing that eventually those big funny moments will arrive and you sit there and watch 2-3 hour material just like that...
@@musiccylinderK6 It's a crack on the way presenters (used to) show viewers' letters on the show while mentioning where they're from, letting the camera zoom in on it so the viewers can read it themselves. Craig just waves the letters around as a parody.
@@michaellejeune7715 Thank you! He definitely spices it up by doing other weird gestures, just like here and when the letter comes from Concord (New Hampshire) where he pretends it's flying away (like a Concorde jet). Extremely smart and quick-witted man

Just think how great we had it back then, Letterman then Craig right after. Two hours you would make time to watch every night. Now I can't remember the last time I even stopped for a moment while channel hopping on any late night show.
When Craig asked Geoff if he had a place in New Hampshire, and Geoff responded with a chord on the harmonica, I thought Craig was going to do a spit take right on his desk. Too funny.
I miss the man, the myth and the legendary truth. Brilliant. I laughed till I cried and made the neighbors angry and upset, then I showed them why. They did the same.😂❤
This! Is what I'm lookin for!! We need more videos like these of craig please keep uploading moments like these, and his best monologues and such I'll subscribe lol!
Aww, I miss Creggers and Geoff. And his week of shows in Scotland in 2012 with Michael Clarke Duncan and Mila Kunis were wonderful, just a few months before Duncan died. I kinda hoped for a spinoff movie or show with them, some sort of crazy caper movie with them as art thieves or spies.
God, I miss that guy being on tv!!! One night when I was watching Craig my wife at the time came in the room and asked me what I was doing. I told her that I was hanging out with my buddy. From then on she'd come and ask me if I was going to hang with my buddy. I'd laugh and say "what do you think?" Unfortunately on this clip I can't make out what they are saying because they are laughing so hard. I'm a bit "deef", you see. If any kind soul would like to fill me in, I'd appreciate it very much. Thanks!
I’m sure not if many know who Larry Lujack was ( Superjock, Good Ol’ Uncle Lar, King of the Cornbelt, etc), but he was the most unique, sarcastic, acerbic guy on the radio ANYWHERE ! He was on WLS & WCFL in Chicago, between 1967 - 1987. ( they even continued to each pay half his tremendous salary after he left them so as to keep him from competing with them in other markets !) He did a bits called “Animal Stories” with his sidekick, “little snot nosed Tommy”. (Tommy Edwards) and Klunk Letter of the Day, Cheap Trashy Show Biz Report, etc. and he didn’t hold back, he had mercy for no one. Absolutely hilarious !!!! (You can still find his broadcasts in TH-cam, etc) Then came David Letterman. Totally new type of host, left all others hosts in the dust. Stupid Human Tricks, stupid Pet Tricks, Top Ten List, Films by My Dog Bob, and suits made of Velcro. And then along came Craig Ferguson who was right up there with his unique humor along with Lujack & Letterman. They were each one of a kind in a cookie cutter show business world and I doubt any of them will ever be topped in what they achieved
OMG, the chemistry Craig and GP had was just insanely funny and pure comedy gold. No late night show since is even close to this level of entertainment.
His actor is 100% on Craig's level. Really amazing improv
You're spot on.
Who here misses the late late show with Craig? It was the fucking best
I do but james is doing great

I think there isn't a single clip of him online that i haven't watched. multiple times!
Geoff is the greatest thing to ever happen to American television. That Edinburgh bit damn near stopped my heart I was laughing so hard.
Geoffrey Peterson, Robot Sidekick
Why hasn't he gotten his own show1?
I remember seeing that episode the night it aired and it was even funnier when you’re tired as hell
This show caused laughter highly beneficial to human life.
This show was like shitposting before it became really popular on social media
Exactly, freaking loved this show

Grew up on this and it’s shaped my humor 100% 😂

Both Craig Ferguson and Seth Mcfarlane Say, I Just Hope Everyone Can Remember The Laughter

Craig was the Best Talk show host ever! He actually let his guest talk and fed off their energy. His interviews with Robin Williams are my Favorite.
Totsi frutsi 🤭
Watching a minute of Craig cracking up adds a day to your life.
I miss this so much. So VERY, VERY, VERY, much.

Craig come back plzzzzzz....... CBS cares 😆
Craig should replace Fallon or Colbert... preferably Fallon
I would'nt mind if he replaces both

As a Brit can I formally apologise for James Corden

6:35 this is the best bit to ever grace late night television
The chemistry between those two is untouchable by any other duo in late night shows.

I'm going to be living in a house with 4 guys in a few months, any advice?"

Craig: Stretch.

Kaz Brekker basically Craig is implying that she’s going to get gangbanged by the 4 dudes and hes saying she should loosen up by stretching lol

The fact that he just says "stretch" and not what it implies makes the joke usable.
