I’m guessing the combo is in the 6 digit day/month/year of the founding date of TraxNYC Corp in 03 but I wasn’t having specific luck on the month and day specifically. How long did y’all stack up the dust/scraps before ya did the melt because that was a ton of dust from all of the custom work done from filing, drilling, shaving, and all of the finishing work to complete the pieces.

make sure your crucible (if u have one, u kinda have to if u wanna melt scraps to bars) is big enough and is decently fresh for optimal performance (I am not an expert btw).

I make a habit to not let whichever company I go to for any kind of evaluation, buy what I have them value. Just to be safe against any kind of potential scams or other ideas. I remember having a company scam me out of $30K CAD worth of gold at one point.
Trax, i wish I could intern for a week in there, love the videos, yet random question, would running the dust thru water sluice increase or decrease the value of the results, just a quick run before sending it to the crucible. Best regards

The only reason to sluice gold dust would be if you want to separate it from dirt. To increase or decrease the value of the end result it all depends on the ratio of gold to other metals. Higher gold, more expensive. Less gold. Less expensive. But the more gold you put in something the less durable it is. So pure gold would be 24 carats. If that gold bar was 24 carats it would be way more expensive. He said this is 51% gold. Meaning 49% in other metals. It's just a few percentages shy of 14 carat gold which a lot of jewelry is made from.
