When did Mattamy stop selling to investors because I brought less than year go and more than half our neighborhood are renters with several property owners living out of the state of NC.

Hmm that's strange. Every community I've gone to has had this policy. This is what one rep told me just now, "It has to be primary or secondary residence no investors secondary home is fine"
